The thing about that "hidden" water tank, is that he's "hiding it" in full view of everyone else in the city, given that the back wall there is only 1 -2 inches thick. I'm waiting for a real 0 square meters room without expansions. I see two options:
1) A long narrow space (0.55 x 1.8m) were a single bed can be placed
2) An almost vertical bed that rotates at ~42rpm to simulate 1g. Just need to use galvanized steel and borrow some screws from your aunt.
