You should try the original way of banoffee pie! No need to do all the stuff that you do! It's a basic English dessert! Digestive base, caramel, bananas on top and the whipped cream! The basic is the best not faffing about with all the mixing! Btw love all your recipes though!

Buy shan or national masalas from any big market near you, they are mixed spices in one packet and have instructions on them written to follow the recipe, buy one biryani national masala or chicken karahi .
Do we have to cook the condensed milk even if it is market bought?
