    The last cut I would use a pairing knife which is easier to use for that kind of cut. Max props for your knife skills

    The pith has most of the nutrients I leave as much as I can on ! I just score it down the middle then use a spoon to remove both sections of the rind !

    i just cut them in fourths and use my nails to peel them. I sometimes bite on the skin because it's not so thick. My father does as well

      You need 2 learn somewhere, thats why I make the videos. Try segments they taste so good.

    Might be just be but it seems the second cut is the only and best way to do it, if you need just the center then do the same cut then easily separate it from its peel

    Or you might wish to choose the far quicker way. Peel the skin off and gently separate the segments.
