@@amigaretro4765 I was thinking like you and than I realized that it should move it as to because it needs to be longer on each side to push the rocker contacts and shorter I the middle to be able to move from side to side.

Hi, I from what I remembet of mine doing the same thing, it's the middle black post that has a spring in it, that was what was sticking...
Mine appears to be springless. It still sticks a bit after the repair but nowhere near as badly.

@@amigaretro4765 and it’s why it was not moving at all and you feel you would break it. I should have made a video !
