  • Vegetarian pasta bake with spinach and rich cheese sauce is easy to make and delicious. It is perfect for lunch or dinner.
    Ingredients: (about 4 portions)
    30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter
    2 garlic cloves
    3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    400 ml ( 1.7 cups; 13.5 oz) milk (2% or whole fat)
    1 tsp mustard
    ⅓ tsp ground nutmeg
    Salt, pepper
    300 g ( 3 cups) freshly shredded cheese (I use Cheddar and Emmental)
    200 g (2 cups or 7.1 oz) pasta
    250 g ( 1 cup) spinach (defrosted)
    For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are made with weighed ingredients using grams. Cup measurements are provided for your convenience.
