It's nice to hear what you substituted for when you couldn't afford something. If I need to take make up when I'm travelling, I like to substitute items to minimize how much I take with me.

Peeeooplee, as much as its super cheap id really stay away from primarks liquid eye- any things. The liner lasts for an hour and then flakes and falls off in clumps, if you want a reliable eyeliner, I recommend investing in a slightly more expensive one, however, not ridiculously expensive, some cheaper liners can be very good, I I just recommend staying away from Primark xxx
Love that I've heard of all these products and can get my hands on them. I use the mua concealer and I like it. I also use the revolution blushers and they are awesome for £1. I have a lot of pricier make up too, I have loads of urban decay. Love the tutorials. Can't wait for the next one. More products that are available in the UK.

How does she look so good? If I wear cheap(er) makeup then my skin looks extremely orange, patchy, creased and crusty.
it probably just depends on what brands you're using, and what skin type you have, find what works for you and just practice x

I actually love the Makeup Revolution concealer stick! it's great for covering dark circles because of the yellow under tone its super brightening

I quite like my primark eyeliner. keep in mind you could of have a bad one and also that everything works differently for different people

You could also try Poundland makeup aswell, it's actually not too bad .You could have maybe found a primer there (or other pound shops)
