    Ingredients 🥡
    Kulthi (Horse Gram) : 1 kg
    Onions 🧅: 4-5
    Tomatoes 🍅: 4-5
    Coconut 🥥:½
    Tamarind: 4-5 tbsps (Thick Pulp)
    Oil: ¼ litres
    Zeera Methi: 2 tbsps (Fresh Roasted Powder)
    For Tadka:
    Curry Leaves 🍃: 1 small bowl
    Onion 🧅: 1
    Whole Garlic 🧄: 1 handful
    Mustard seeds : 2 tsps.
    Method;
    Step 1
    Boil kulti(horse gram) in vessel with water, cook for 20 mins or 4 whistles When the gram boils, the water turn into brown in color , Strain the water,
    again put the strained gram back into cooker add hot water and give 1 whistle
    Step2
    cook the liquid (kutt) for 15 min until its reduced to 3/4 in qualnity
    Step 3
    Boil eggs as required, make small verticle cuts on eggs and put into the liquid (Kutt), Cook for 10 mins
    Step 4
    prepare masala
    In a mixed jar put coconut 1 cup, 1/2 onion, cloves 7-8, Cinnamon - 1/2 inch 3 pieces, Zeera + methi - 2 tsp and grind . again put 1 tomato and grind into paste.
    put this masala in the kutt which is boiling , add chilli powder 2 tsp, curry leaves and add Imli water (4-5 pulps mixed in water) and continue to cook for 10 more minutes.
    Step 5
    Prepare tadka
    in a pan add Oil 5 tblp, when oil heats add mustard seed 2 tsp , Garlic cloves 12-13 pieces fry for 2 mins, then add Onion - 1, Curry leaves and fry until onions turns golden brown
    Final step
    Add this tadka into kutt and its done.
    Ready to serve !!

    I would prefer to put the boiled eggs at the final stage of cooking so that the eggs don't become hard.
    Eggs turn hard if overboiled.
