Thanks for this video! I recently was given the Blu C5L Max as a replacement free gov cell phone, and was trying to find out how to get the "settings" app icon to the home screen. I wasn't aware of being able to just scroll up to get to all those apps (1:04), and then just dragging it to the home screen, so this really helped!
Thanks for the videos! Trying to figure out why it only vibrates for the text messaging....but also my ZTE fone has a flashing led on it when a message was unread incase you missed the sound notification....loved that feature...but doesnt look like this fone can do that.

Simple question from a first time smartphone owner: This is a phone so how do you place a phone call? Where do you listen and where do you talk? If I have the phone turned on to do something other than texting or phone calls, will my carrier deduct my usage time from my minutes?

I know it may not be your intention, but I'm hoping it will help my dad who is a long distance away and struggling with the more modern technology flat screen type phones. He bought this phone thinking it would be easy to use, but for someone with limited knowledge for basic UI - I am really hoping this helps him.

I want to know how to change the Save Location from internal memory to installed SD card. This so when I take a photo it is automatically saved to SD card.
How do you put the battery in
i just bought this phone, my last phone had only 16 gigabytes with no memory card option so kept running out of memory. i like that option with this phone, i don't use the phone a lot so good for me. it amazes me to think i bought a phone with 32 gigabytes for 30 bucks. i like the size cause it fits in my pocket easy. used to double tapping my old phone to put it to sleep but still get calls and texts, i haven't been able to find that option on this phone though.

I have watched several videos regarding this fone. How do you just make a call? And, not to a contact..
Tap the phone icon in the bottom left corner of the home screen and the dial pad should come up

Usually, you can start the text yet don't press send and that text usually is automatically saved as a draft.

I cannot for the life of me get the back off my phone T_T
i just bought this phone and had to take the back off cause i put it on and didn;t take off the plastic covering the camera. at first couldn't do it then i got a small screwdriver and gently pried it open from the tab but it wasn't easy and had to be careful not to break the plastic.
