My longest off the top freestyling was almost 3 hours at my cousin's bonfire and apparently it was really good at the very beginning almost to the end was mind blowing. You forgot to tell em about syllables. Play with you syllables. Stretch them out, split them up do whatever but learn your syllables cause thats the true secret to never freezing up. Timothy Levi I can reach you techniques. When you Freestyle, get descriptive. Getting descriptive eliminates the need to switch topics. For instance: if your Freestyling and you say " I went to to the liquor store to cop a bottle." Describe what's in the liquor store, like" long ass line with ppl trying to hit the lotto/ I'm not trying to take a fucking hour just to hit the bottle. Bullshit like that. When you describe an object, personify it. The thing with me, is that I made my" off the head" freestyles sound like songs, they don't sound like freestyles AT ALL! so it's harder for me, I gave to come correct. Switching topics is ok, but it's not going to elevate you, what elevates your Freestyle is using compound words, and words w/ 3 or more syllabols.

probably the biggest tip that I heard you say in this video when it comes to freestyle is you don't need to rhyme every line together. I always appreciate when people are freestyling and they try to be coherent over rhyming
I like this one, drilling through with multiple rounds makes perfect sense. Sounds fun as well. Definitely adding this to my routine.
"Mental Gymnastics" will buff ya freestyle muscles. Have someone or you yourself pick out objects wherever you are and rap about them. Practice doing that alot. That's all you need.

Day 1:Wow I’m TrASh I get stuck at some words or I would repeat something but I catch myself when it happens and continue.
Day 2: basically the same as day one ☝️
Day 3:I think I’m getting better ngl
Day 4:I’m catching myself when I repeat something Ive already said.
Day 5: I’m finding my vocabulary and I’m getting better I’ve freestyled for a total of 3 minutes today.
Day 6: throat hurts from not properly swallowing food but I’m still gonna freestyle.
Day 7: PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE
Dec 8: I don’t feel like I’m improving I’ll prob practice more ig.
Day 9:I personally feel like I did well but also felt like I could do even BETTER.
Day 10: I keep repeating stuff.
Day 11:I’m getting better, I even stopped repeating things I would say most of the time now YESSSSSSS.
Day 12:I just realized I’m getting stuck on words less and less.
Day 13:same as yesterday
Day 14:tried a faster beat it was fun ngl.
Day 15:Didn’t do as good as I usually would YIKES.
Day 16:I finally stopped repeating what I would say every time which is good progress in my book.

@@AliAli-gi9xn brodie listen to his music and watch his interviews. He said he was doing drugs already at a young age before music. While yes, music did influence that it wasn't him getting into music and doing music that made him do drugs. In one of his unreleased songs he said "different color pills you know the deal, I was doing drugs way before the record deal, I was fighting love way before the record deal" you need to do your research before commenting "bs" people who actually fans of his know what they talking about.

I actually used to freestyle to deal with a lot of problems. Still do though. Never knew that there was a guide to it as I still get stuck after three or so years of freestyle rapping. Will defs use this guide to practice.
One of the things I love to do is "call-outs" when freestyling. But instead of just using a basic rhyme scheme the ends with the word called out, or starting with that word, I use the word as a branch into different subjects or rhyme schemes.
