I have followed Peter Mba's projects both completed and ongoing. The evidence shows that he has taste.Thank God he is the one completing the abandoned projects. Some people would have just done it anyhow in the name of completing it.
MEGA… Make Enugu Great Again! Top notch conference center with great aesthetics… Peter Mbah is doing what’s necessary to see through the transformation of Enugu and hopefully he will invite you to the Grand Opening. And I did enjoy the tour and thank you again Chief Vera!
Na wa ooo, so Peter Mba wu landscaper now? 😂🤦🏾♂️ You people give government credit for everything. And in turn, blame government for everything! He’s doing good, maybe he just hired better contractors and better accountability!
Enjoyed the tour, Vera. When it opens, with nearby hotels and shops, it would almost seem like a city within a city. Enugu definitely is a city moving forward. As I was watching, I kept hearing the chorus of that hit Matthew Wilder song, "Break My Stride", but that was probably before your time. Anyway, great things going on there, thanks for the tour.

@Chiefvera 😅😆 yes you are, and if you're not, then I'd be surprised. Your work is clean, tidy, simple, and straight to the point without missing the important things. God bless your effort, sis 🙏
It definitely was not 80% done before Peter Mbah. The originator should not be getting credit for an abandoned project. There are videos out there that show the state it was in before the current administration. Proper budgeting is required before embarking on a project. Chimaroke had no excuse. This is amazing work and project execution by Peter Mbah. I am from Anambra state. I am excited about what is happening in Enugu.
Your judgement is not fair on this project execution and completion. Gov Peter Mbah is amazing for completing this wonderful project; however, Chimaroke Nnamani should be accorded some respect for initiating this ICC project. With due respect, sir, government is a continuity. If Chimaroke could not complete it, it is expected that the next administration should have done that. Kudos to ex Gov Chimaroke and Gov Peter Mbah.
A private company that didn't fund the project, and that's not a show of shame? If a company should be involved, then they should come in a investors, not just for administrative purpose. There's still SO MUCH ongoing in the facility and needs funding
@macugwuda7758 However they want to do it...If Govt gets involved, once Peter Mba's tenure ends.. Everything he laboured for will spoil especially if the next gov ain't a visionary leader... All his projects should be managed by private sectors..Sign it into law, give them a contract of more than 10 years to manage those projects.. I hope his SSAs are reading my comments.
@@macugwuda7758You are not making sense. They can give out government contract for a private company to handle it. They will do it better than government. But they should be held accountable too.
In just a short timeline, Governor Peter Mbah has completed a legacy project of this gigantic magnitude that was abandoned for a whooping period of 17 years! This is resourceful and committed leadership in action. In the next 2 years, it is evidently convincing that Governor Peter Mbah will transform the entire Enugu State. This performance is highly commendable and deserves a resounding accolade.
What is left is the planting of beautiful, ornamental plants, lush green lawns and decorative palm trees for the beautification of the premises and environment. A huge water fountain is also meeded to splash water displays 24 hours. Renewable energy resources are equally vital to provide an alternative and sustainable power source to the complex. The incorporation of all these environmentally pleasing aesthetics will go a long way to make the ICC complex a wonder to behold and reference point in our alluring Coal City. A large expanse of land should be set aside at the city centre for a place to be designated as Enugu Central Business District. It is going to contain a Smart City with modern infrastructure and highrise buildings (skyscrapers). Massive flyovers and extensive interchange of road networks should adorn the cityscape and give an outlook similar to the capital cities of other states like Akwa Ibom, Adamawa and Rivers. Skylines, greenery and landscapes are important elements of advanced and sophisticated, modern metropolis. Let us see where the revenues coming from increased taxes and licensing rates are being channelled into for accountability sake.
