Thank you for this workout, kaylie! I just got well from covid and am easing into yoga again and this workout was perfect as i still cant do very intense workouts..yet! Hehehe will be doing your more gentler yoga sequences while i ease back into it.. hope you can do more of this low impact yet still challenging classes… hehe last year it was my wisdom tooth and now covid haha happy to be in this fitness and getting back journey with you kaylie!
