Great. I am a regular customer of fresh to home from Chennai. But, I want to project an end user (customer) opinion. Due to delay in delivery, we are not getting fresh items as per statement given here. They have to improve their supply chain or delivery systems. I have given several alerts to their customer care. But, there is no improvement as they are not brining those comments to their top management level. They are saving their colleagues & spoiling the goodwill / reputation of the group. Great. I am a regular customer of fresh to home from Chennai. But, I want to project an end user (customer) opinion. Due to delay in delivery, we are not getting fresh items as per statement given here. They have to improve their supply chain or delivery systems. I have given several alerts to their customer care. But, there is no improvement as they are not brining those comments to their top management level. They are saving their colleagues & spoiling the goodwill / reputation of the group.
