    Thank you so much. Im taking courses to be a personal trainer and the anatomy is kicking my but. The text book reads like stereo instructions and nothing is clicking until i found your channel. Ive watched this video twice yesterday and once today. I think i understand now. Thank you 😊

    How do you explain what the smooth muscle contains. I thought I heard myosin and actin makes up the sarcomer it's only found in cardiac and skeleton muscle so if smooth does not contain myosin and actin which are myofiilaments how does it still contains myofillaments

      Smooth muscle does contain the myofilaments actin and myosin, but the actin and myosin are not organized into sarcomeres...and because a myofibril is many sarcomeres lined up end to end...there are also no myofibrils on smooth muscle either.
