I talked about some friends and expected some attention and care but nobody, nobody supported me and I felt like the loneliest person ever lived. At the ring I realized that nobody can help me. I could be the only one who helps. I got beaten a lot in the first round. I couldn't breathe well, I was tired af. I didn't give up. I came back in the second and third round and you know what ? I won the match even I got beaten that much. He punched me 30-40 times maybe. I only punched 10-20. Did I punch harder or am I too strong ? No. I did what he couldn't do. I didn't give up. I believed in myself. I know that I got the light waiting for to turn on. Sometimes we have to struggle alone. That lonely journey makes us toughest motherfuckers. All of my life I’ve LOVED football. It’s my life, my everything, my passion. I was told by my doctor that I’d never play football because of the concussions I’ve had. Many years later I was cleared to play. But once I joined I was told I was to short, to weak, I’m never gonna be good enough. I cried when I was told I’d never play football, when people doubted me. I work harder than everyone to be the best. People tell me playing football when I get older is a pipeline dream. But football is my only option.

I listened to this twice before my soccer game and listened to my competitive in-the-zone music. I haven’t had the “spark” while playing in a few months. First half, I totally forgot about it this talk. During half time I remembered and I played like it was the last game I’ll ever play. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a quick, significant change in play before. I haven’t had that much fun and played that well in awhile. I had the spark and it almost makes me cry because I miss it so much. Definitely making this a tradition.
My mind set is the exact same way. I have worked my ass off for 4 years of high school from sitting on the bench the whole game, to only playing garbage time and special teams, to finally get my starting spot and I know that I have to work harder then everyone still everyday that I step on there. Set a new bar everyday and don't let anyone out work you! 💪🏼
Last football season was a very bad season for me. It was my first time playing high school football and I barely had any playing time. I tried so hard and would work my ass off, but still nothing. A lot of my teammates had told me I improved a lot from the first time I went there. But next season I promise myself to work hard and not let anybody bring me down. I'm going to show my coach that I AM WORTH IT! Not going to care what anybody thinks about me, I will work through this. No matter how much I get thrown to the ground, I will always get back up.
my freshmen football season ended almost a year ago. it was my first year and I played middle linebacker. I was only 125 pounds and 5'6. I have a coaches kid to beat out. I obviously didnt get much playing time and I was on the back up team. we lost the last b team game of the season to the number 1 team in state. 2 months later In November I did wrestling and I lost my last match of the season too. rn it april and for the past few months I've been blaming people for my short comings and playing the victim. I needed this. this boosted my work ethic. in the last 2 months since wrestling season I've gained almost 10 pounds of muscle and I dont plan on stopping g anytime soon. I stopped making excuses about my physical ability and the adversity and I'm grinding for this upcoming football season. I cant wait till j steal that kids spot
It's my second middle school football season and I'm a starting safety I've worked my butt of for me my aunt my dad my brothers my mom cousin my crush My dad missed all my games last year except one and that game I balled out 5 tackles and 3 forced fumbles just for him

(this practice was 2 years ago)i twisted my ankle the day before practice i wanted to make the team i went into practice and played my best the coach said i can play but sadly the first game i played the other wider reciever got injured so i had to play or we will be forced to forfeit we lost 23-27 the coach let me stay on the team when i recovered we lost no game after that then i had to get of the team because my doctor told me to im gonna go tryout for high school football next year.
I'm a 238 lb 14 yo playing football this year. I know that there will be bigger , stronger , faster guys then me out there but i am willing to push myself to and past the limit so that i can succed and rise to the top of the game
Man wish I had this during my playing days but due to injury I was cut short of my goal but the values I learned on the field to always give 110% in everything you do and finding that same feeling in bboy/breakdancing has been a blessing and winning all over the world never in a my life I would have thought I would achieve this but football showed me to push no matter the pain no matter what and I’m living proof that if you keep your shoulders down and your head up and feet moving you’ll be able to run threw anything weather it’s scoring a touchdown or achieving your goal keep pushing and don’t stop until your hear the whistle blow!!!!!!!

I had a football game the day I watched this and I was like you know everything they said is 100 percent true so I went to that game and played 120 percent and give it my all we lost but I played with my heart and I didn't give up that's what a good athlete does they won't quit and they play with everything they have 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th quarter

(this practice was 2 years ago)i twisted my ankle the day before practice i wanted to make the team i went into practice and played my best the coach said i can play but sadly the first game i played the other wider reciever got injured so i had to play or we will be forced to forfeit we lost 23-27 the coach let me stay on the team when i recovered we lost no game after that then i had to get of the team because my doctor told me to im gonna go tryout for high school football next year.
I'm a 238 lb 14 yo playing football this year. I know that there will be bigger , stronger , faster guys then me out there but i am willing to push myself to and past the limit so that i can succed and rise to the top of the game

Man wish I had this during my playing days but due to injury I was cut short of my goal but the values I learned on the field to always give 110% in everything you do and finding that same feeling in bboy/breakdancing has been a blessing and winning all over the world never in a my life I would have thought I would achieve this but football showed me to push no matter the pain no matter what and I’m living proof that if you keep your shoulders down and your head up and feet moving you’ll be able to run threw anything weather it’s scoring a touchdown or achieving your goal keep pushing and don’t stop until your hear the whistle blow!!!!!!!

I had a football game the day I watched this and I was like you know everything they said is 100 percent true so I went to that game and played 120 percent and give it my all we lost but I played with my heart and I didn't give up that's what a good athlete does they won't quit and they play with everything they have 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th quarter
