Speaking as someone who lives the lone wolf life....it's not about being "cool" or "edgy". We lone wolves simply prefer being on our own. We enjoy our alone time. We prefer dealing with our own problems. We just prefer being alone. It's not about looking cool, it's about enjoying BEING alone!
I've watched this video about 2-3 years ago while fighting a battle that seems almost impossible to win. This video helps me to keep fighting, no matter how hopeless and difficult the path is at that moment. I have won that battle.
This year I come back again while fighting another battle, now truly alone. Don't know if I can do it, but I will keep going.

while I was pursuing an admission on AIT (Aeronautics Institute of Technology, the best engineering school of Brazil and Latin America, there is around 150 people for 1 chair of admission) and an admission on Purdue University (even though I´m Brazilian, and being a foreign student is like 10x harder to enter an American university).
I´ve been admitted on BOTH of them!

Year 2019. I used to listen to this every night, every single night. Also during the day in between work breaks. During that duration I had made certain goals for myself. I worked on those relentlessly and I completed few of them. The others are work in progress.
Out of blue I came here today night thinking about those nights when I just started and listening to this piece again.

I watched this back in 2016. I was at my lowest point, recovering from a broken heart and from complex PTSD caused by an emotionally abusive relationship. It's 2022 now and I've moved on, improving in every aspect of my life. Also found a much more loving & caring person with who I'm with for the past 3 years. Life gets better guys. Hang in there.

I listened to this every single day I was my grandma's guardian after my father passed away. It was by far the hardest part of my life. I am also very proud of myself for being able to care for my grandma in the manner that I did. I felt very alone. Everyone thought I was there for money but my heart couldn't leave her in her time of need. Thank you for this video

Yeah bro same here been struggling for the past few years and just going through one of the toughest phase like have never been broken this way but yeah I believe and know that one day I ll be at the top all those rejections and unnoticed sacrifices which I have done will be worth it
God isolates us for a great reason we may never realize until it is time. 🔥☝️ I am grateful for the lessons.
I struggled for 7 years to get my Bachelor of Law fighting constantly my procrastination and my racing thoughts all the while taking care of my father and struggling financially. Next year I got the certificate of lawyer school and now I’m struggling to get my Master of Law and to get it I have to finish a goddamn thesis I have to send on December 23, I still have to struggle against my lack of motivation while struggling for money and social interaction and feeling gutted by my lifelong singlehood.
I learned hardships, I learned that happiness occurs very few times in life and that unhappiness is the norm. I had to cope with being apart from others and at the same time I learned I’m not alone in being alone.

I live on my own from 7 months, after graduation from high school and trying myself at a university I decided to move out from my mother, I'm all alone here, in a different country, in the UK. I used to starve for a while, and even though I'm here walking alone, I've learned so much already that now I'm different, better person than one year ago! I've become grateful for my life, for many things. I'm just gonna do what is necessary, I'm gonna struggle but I will work hard because it's my life I'm fighting for, life goes so fast, don't waste your time or I promise you ppl, you'll end up in regret. I don't want to have a miserable life like most, that's why I work hard so much, that's why my soul keeps fighting battles every single day. You better do it too, guys, get out of your comfort zone.

Yeah, these are basically my thoughts everyday. This is so frustrating. But I'll get there. I worked in some warehouse jobs and I hated it. You know, doing all the simple things, getting paid not enough for the amount of work put in. I mean, at most of these warehouses they're using people. From a few weeks I work as a car painter, at least I'm being trained to be one. I moved to London, I live nearby, it's not easy, but there's a better future coming to me. I trained boxing in the previous city, but here there isn't any particular boxing club. I'll keep looking anyways. That's my biggest concern at the moment. I feel like I shouldn't waste any time now.. I turned 20 in the last month and it's so annoying that I still haven't achieved even 1/1000 of what I want to achieve and I also feel like there's not much time left for me to achieve it. Sorry for being my diary UA-cam! :D

Had a similar experience. Lost marriage and job same day at am age where it is hard to bounce back. Lost all my wealth I had built up as a result of marriage and job loss. But I had no intention of dying, as I was supposed to do, though I did feel like a lump of inert cold stone for quite a while. I simply decided this looked bad but it was really a blessing in disguise. I could now do all the things I wanted to do but which I could not do because I had the responsibilities of marriage, job and a minor wealth empire to manage. So, I just started doing those things. People thought I had lost my marbles doing certain things at that point in life, after all that had happened to me. I was supposed to just pick myself up and start again. Get new husband, new job, buy new property etc. But that could never be because I am the sort of lone wolf who will never repeat the same path they were on before that lead to disaster. Any future mistakes I may make must be new ones.I like newness, innovation. I hate what is old and stale and is obviously past it's use by date or no longer functions as it should.

I've been through so much shit. Suffering by a PTSD caused by deployment in AFG. Taking Chemotherapy everyday cause off a hard autoimmune inflammation since 2012. But every climb was worth it. Is worth it. Raising my children with all I have.

20 years ago i go through a hell of bullying and emotional damage also from losing my older brother to drugs. Nowadays i have found my inner piece and im happy to be alone 99 % of my time.
For all the people saying that a lone wolf (animal) is weak and that the strength is in the pack...
There are actually two things that can happen to a lone wolf:
1. He can't withstand living, hunting or fighting on its own and will die eventually
2. Or he in fact endures and overcomes all the problems of a life alone and this type of wolf is then really stronger and tougher than all the wolves in the pack.

I am a lone wolf, and now I have finally made it. I opened my own salon. I had mean jealous stylists my stuffing my career try to bring me down. Finally after leaving because of it and going back to school for something else that didn't work out....4.5 years ago I had nothing. I just knew in my heart I was good at what I do and that I was helping people far beyond their hair. I built my clientele from zero to at 3 years having my own studio of 700 sq ft to myself with my dog. I have the most 5 star yelp reviews for any single stylist. Now, I am old. I am 42 almost 43. I started out with this same karma. I was raised by a family that mentally and emotionally locked me out. The scapegoat. I had very low self esteem and attracted men I thought I could fix. I missed out on having my own family because I didn't want to have kids in the wrong situation. Now my clients have healed my wounds. I healed with meditation and truth. I almost married a narcissist that looked great on paper... to fill the script. I got out and 3 years after I restarted my business I opened up my studio where I have begun to live my dreams. My dog goes with me to work everyday. I work hard. But I don't work for the money. I work because my soul is in its place in the world healing.
