@@farhananasreen1678 nope, there are some times where stuff is unironically overlooked.
Balancing and stuff is obvious stuff anyone can do and that's why we bully the admins for their sh*t taste (og AOTS moment, rend moment), but code is a lot more sensitive. A single typo can cause everything to go wrong. Not only that, but minecraft is minecraft, it has limitations. Code is much harder than typing random shit and it miraciously works 100% of the time unfortunately
@@upstander1233 for how big they are, how much they get payed, they should not just sit down patch everything after 5 trillion years, wipe people with 2k+ hours of playtime without even looking into it, making things very balanced. All I'm saying is they should work harder
Honestly gemstones were a mess from the beginning. No single thing should add so much money to the economy. Gemstones value should mainly be based on their use, by selling them to other players, and not have a high npc sell value.
If that is not enough to make mining worthwhile, the gemstones should get more uses.
It just sucks that so much money is getting into the economy, basically forcing you to mine.
I hope that after all those failures with gemstones, make the admins reconsider the whole system.

Yo I remember that dupe, everyone profited off it in the end, the dupers duped all of the stuff and dropped the price while the rest of skyblock bought the perfects and sold them later lol
no, everyone who got the duped items got an auto wipe and 30 days ban

I remember one time someone bought so much enchanted flint at once that, when I went to sell a stack that I had instead of getting the standard 200k, I got 1.8 mil. Not really equivalent to what these guys did but still thought I'd share
one time glowstones were selling for 800 each instead of the usual 20, we abused the hell out of it with my friends before it returned to normal lol
One time someone bought up so much enchanted iron it went from 500 to 1k coins all the way to 10k which buying up the normal iron and crafting that in mass made me 10m ; There was another time i made 8m when the enderslayer update came out where i would just craft null ovoids for abt 500k a piece (the update came out like a week ago at that point) then i would sell them for 550k and i did so much of that that i crashed the market lol
It’s always funny seeing legit price changes. The weirdest one I remember was when in 2020 there was a bug for like 3h where unstable armor dmged players. Unstable frags passed every other frag in price (except sup) because people wanted to troll nons in new game areas.

Yo Hellcastle, it’s even more ridiculous that the games menu helped with a lobby crash because before that you could just take items out of the /games or “replay” menu and those are pretty rare items so that when they patched that they still left the possibility for a lobby crash intact is pretty stuoid

hello. love your videos. With the new f7, as-well as many transitioning skyblock players, could you make a guide on how to do floor 7? "A party finder guide to floor 7 (hypixel skyblock)" as an example title. Just generally like how you do it, what different terminal things are called, how to do them, different strats for crystals, basically everything you need to know for f7. *TLDR*: make an f7 guide it would be helpful for many people. thx for reading suggustion.

I have been wondering what it meant by a exception in you connection but now I know. The first time I saw it was when I was growing trees and whenever I got pushed into a 1 block hight by the tree the server didn't like it and keep trying to make me stand up resulting in it crashing.

I want to know what is the close the chest gui without packet mod shown in 10:31
it's basically closing the gui without actually closing it
it's the same thing as pressing f6 (the twitch streaming thing in 1.8)
you can then restore it using a mod if you want after messing around for a bit, if you want to test it, /trade someone and press f6, the trade menu will still be open for them but you will have it closed and can move around (the server will still think that you have it opened though)

The hackers recently messed up the price of Red Nose. The price fell from 225,000 each to like 2,000. I lost 2.5mil on that trade. Theres proabably a different method for duping now.
Imagine doing a dupe so bad, an admin has to personally message you to asking what you have done to being such insanity and chaos onto the server. Hilarious.

With the replays game feature it’s actually due to packet spam. It essentially just sends too many packets and causes a crash. Because a crash is not a normal exit, the server rolls back your last auto save and that’s how the dupe worked.
Edit: it had come to my attention that I was wrong.

I actally think that because the replay menu wasnt developed for skyblock it's an weak point that can be manipulated that's a guess btw

My friend got wiped after getting scammed 800m and then a yter gave him a scylla and he got false banned because he forgot to check the tags and it was duped and he got wiped including the rest of me and 2 other coop members bz flips and we were now all broke. Skyblock can be so chaotic at times

There was a player yesterday in lobby 1 who somehow was able to say the n word, other swears/slurs and things like that. He got banned (I think).
I visited their island and their 1st and 2nd layers of his farm was destroyed. I imagined he was in sort of a rage. He was also mvp+
