- Our Search for Sasquatch documentary series continues with the latest investigation in the rural Appalachian mountains of Western North Carolina. As we journey beyond our base camp, we are quickly engaged with movement and knocking sounds all around us! This leads us into a dark, concealed area of the wilderness where a loud howling roar can be heard. We first mistake it for an owl but as the creature continued, it was concluded that this creature was imitating an owl and had a more powerful volume level and range of octaves. We pursue the sounds further into the mountains when Taylor exclaims there was movement behind us to which we chased onto a familiar trail. As the sounds move further from us, we find a new trail that seems to be fresh with signs of Bigfoot activity all in it. The new trail leads us to an area that we have reason to believe was a trap set by the Bigfoot or tribe of creatures! Are these creatures still curious about us and want to be friends or are they becoming aggressive and trying to deal with us? Ok, finally at 23:36 I heard what sounded like an owl. It was distinct. Owls will typically respond to calls during mating season in the spring. This is during the fall you guys are out there, right? Those hooting calls were quite audible, and constant and you could never catch up to it, not once was the sound of its wings heard - that would be expected while getting closer it would fly away. This was a phantom owl. That is rather odd. Once the hooting stopped, and you came across some urine right there in the middle of nowhere that was like a territorial marking , as though you were all warned to not go further out or plainly being lured by the cryptid bigfoot.
Was thinking this last video. They say we can hear. So I put headphones on and still hear nothing lol pls boost sound in future. If can't pls use quality sound recorder so u can. Play back sounds u hear at end of show.

Apparently I have been listening to bigfoot at night all my life. We have owls and I guess they have learned to imitate bigfoot, because they sound exactly like those calls you claim are bigfoot. My question is, how do you know it isn't just a smart alec owl doing it's bigfoot imitation?
Twice, I have experienced hearing footstep from something unseen that would stop every time I stopped. Never saw anything on one occasion, but the other, after about 15 minutes of that, I finally spotted a black bear paralleling me just off the trail. He did this right up until I reached my truck. I was just bird hunting with my Stevens 22wmr/20ga with #6 shot so was woefully under gunned for a bear, so it was a relief to get in the cab of my truck.
I get these guys are making a video, but claiming "bigfoot" for every stick crack or owl call really hurts their credibility.
I lived in Statesville for 7 years on the edge of a forest. Thank God I never saw a bigfoot or skinwalker or dogman creature. I have since moved to Michigan. There are several stories posted weekly that a few hours up North from me people are seeing bigfoot and the dogman creatures !! I’ll just stay in the city and watch youtube.😊

I'm tell yall a story about why I nolonger camp in North Carolina Mountains. You can choose to believe me or not. But this actually happened about 15 years ago. I went with a camping party about 12 of us. We had dog's and 4 of us had guns. At the time I had I carried a 357, one of my best friends also had the same gun, the rest were 9mm and 45 cal. The Rangers knew we had these guns at the Park. This place is near the Virginia state line, guys I can't remember the name of the park. But, we were there for fishing on the river. I caught a huge Rainbow Trout and others caught similar fish, but not the size of mine. We had left our dog's at the camp 🏕 site about 100 yards from our vehicles. As, we were approaching the Camp we found 2 dismembered dog's. So, we thought a Bear or Wolfves had done this. A friend of my best friend runs up saying a huge dude with long shaggy hair was sitting in our camp eating our food. This dude was very tall, (I'm 6.4) he had to have been 7.3 or more. This guy stank bad, his clothes were in tathers, his face was different though but he was Big yall. He didn't say a word only gestures. But, he was acting stupid, picking stuff up and throwing it at us. I pulled my gun out, but my friend already fired a shot near where he was sitting. He then, got up, and just causally walked away. My friends dog's were were torn up, my dog 🐕 was in the tent hiding and growling at me. We, left the food, and we got the freak out of there. Reported the incident to the Rangers Station and filed a complaint that the Park knew about this. But didn't mention anything to us about the other campers experience they'd had with this thing of a man. That effectively ended my camping forever. There are more cases of Wild Men or people in North Carolina than any other state. The Rangers wanted to give us a ticket until I said I would file a complaint against them for lieing to us or failing to notify us of any threats in the area.
