I don't. I have never seen a bunch of attorneys as in Utah. Out of all the states I have lived in I have never seen attorneys turn down strong cases and will pass on a case for example that has a 75 percent chance of success and will not take anything under 90 percent.
Very few of the attorneys in the state represent independent parties and have sold out to corporations. These bigger firms will and usally allow there junior associates to due constancy cases as were 99.99 percent if Utah attorneys will not take no matter the case or type.
I say bring on the bigger firms to give you all awake up call. This will give indignant population and hopefully correct the constancy of undue process.
The only ones that are going to close are the firms who have only laid there eggs in corporations like walmart that most of you all have done work for so funny you should use them as an example
Company's like walmart hire almost every attorney they can so that it makes it next to impossible to sue them because of conflict of interest. Why do you think most law firms or independent attorney even get a case from walmart (the ones that mean nothing to walmart or others.) And then never get another case again. They just set up the conflict of intreasted in furtherance of making it almost impossible to be sued from any non pro-se party.

Last thing keep your heads buried in the sand and you will see most local firms that can not or will not change will be out of business in 5 years.
