This video has really inspired me, though probably not in the way you expected. I am far too shy to participate in your challenge; however I paint or do crafts EVERY DAY. I’m really overwhelmed with so many things I’ve made that I need a storage solution in which to place them. Inspired by you, Darcy, Kylie Coo and others, I’ve made several accordion, envelope, and recycled art journals but then I just got stuck before filling them. With this video I learned how to cut a background to fit each page AND to create a Project Box with art pieces that should be part of each project. My work space is much better organized now. I just cannot thank you enough.
Beautiful box of prints Ceri! 😍 I sent you the dragon print. As I recall it is just gel printed through a generic stencil I had. I do love the dragons, and I know you do too!

@CeriGriffiths like anything practice, practice, practice. Being like you said would be a goal hard to achieve, but that should n't stop you from sketching the beginning objects like perspectives of objects, or a leaf, etc. It's relaxing. It also frees the mind from worries. I could go on...lol I'll be around my friend watching and learning.
It’s Matt gel medium but I’m sure white glue would work as it’s only paper to card, the only thing is if you use to much wet paint or inks in the decoration the white glue may soften………..but everything can be fixed.

My stacks of prints are about to be cut up. The challenge for me will be to do this left handed, as my right arm is still healing from a fractured humerus. I can use scissors, but still lacking strength for movement such as stamping or just lifting or brushing. So just call me the one armed paper hanger.
I use my Gel Plate for gluing. Brayer out the Gel Medium on your 5 x 7. (Not too thin) Lay the card on it and it is instantly covered in an even layer of glue. Then just add the tissue layer on to it.
Hello, Love this challenge. I wasn't going to do this as I'm traveling to CA, but, watching you and PMartiststudio, I thought why not. I can do this on my travels and film my trip and the challenge too. I am thinking of adding found objects from the places I visit or bits of trash to my postcards. Thanks so much for the inspiration. You just made my day with this video. I am very new in crafting and working in a finance departement with semi-annually report with deadline mod July so looking into long working days. But will have a go at prepping for the Challenge and see if I can find the time each day after work to so a postcard and post on Instagram. 🤞😊 and if not I will love to follow the videos and the work of others. 😊

Sounds fun, I’m artistic but struggle with drawing as I’m a perfectionist……..everything has to be drawn realistically, not a realistic goal.

Yes, depending on the brand. I don’t normally use clear gesso to glue with but I do use it to seal with.

What printer are you using to print your digitals? I have a laser printer but I'm wanting a large format printer which means inkjet. Thanks!
Susan I have an old wireless HP ink jet printer and when I replace my MacBookPro this year I’ll be getting a new printer as well. Not sure which yet.
Ive found the best way to seal ink jet papers is to spray them with polyacrylic clear. Youll need to spray both sides.
Good to know, I’m asthmatic so I try to avoid sprays but I can always wear a mask or do it outside.

I’ve got a postcard album I’ve added them to however I know others have created or decorated a box to contain them.
