Good question! Yes the air blower on the ball return is a great thing to use. If you don't mind carrying something with you, you can get a rosin bag or grip sack that helps to absorb hand sweat and puts a chalky feel on the hands.
I bowl a couple of times a week & I have to keep in mind what I eat on those days. If I end up having burgers & fries for lunch or something with a lot of sodium, I'm almost guaranteed my hand swelling up later that night.
