Love your videos! You were saying you would be doing an updated storage video soon. Just wondering if you could include coming home with your thrifts, then what? Do you enter the items into a spreadsheet then photo and list? No one shows the actual process of how they handle their thrifts once they get them home. I would be oh so grateful!

Regarding that fantastic knitted sweater, you could go to a yarn store and ask if they know a knitter who can fix it. It won’t be cheep though so you would know if it would be worth it I guess. I’m a knitter myself snd I definitely think someone could fix that to as good as new. Good luck!
I hit 3 Goodwills today for their 25% off New Years Day sale. I’m exhausted. I tried to follow your example and look at bags and belts, but fell back into my old buying “style” and wound up purchasing 2 pairs of very large (14 W) women’s shoes for my cross dressing buyers... I’m new to Poshmark reselling and haven’t listed anything yet. How do you know what kind of items and brands will sell? I feel like watching this video there’s lots you passed on that I thought looked nice. How did you learn about all that fashion type stuff?
yep, been there, sometimes flawed item slips through the cracks, happens. Re the handbag, hard being patient but sometimes works out!
Kinnucan's is closed now. It is out of Auburn, AL. It was a pretty good store and was mostly for the Auburn University crowd.

My local thrift does have some brand names but MAYBE one out of 200 items has a tag AND the ones that are more of a higher priced brand name (like Michael Kors) they CUT THE TAG OUT!!! Sometimes I cant even find a size or care instructions. However, because the tag is cut out I know it must be a brand name but im so new to this I do not recognize items yet. Any advice on how to list or describe? Im sure everyone is thinking LEAVE IT, but they have REALLY good prices and I am limited in my area. I have SO enjoyed watching, listening and learning from you! THANK YOU!
Wow that is so interesting they cut out tags. How does anyone shopping know what to try? I guess you will just need to use as many key words as possible to describe the styles and include measurements. Maybe you can look to garage sales or estate sales as a different way to get inventory. Or even purchase from friends and family.
Suspenders are good for senior citizens lol it holds up the pants and it’s not as restrictive as belts lol

I am new to poshmark selling and have had a few sales, wondering how you handle the offers process, is there a time frame I should use before I feel the need to accept a lower offer just to make the sale, or is the hold to your guns method better and wait for the buyer who will pay the higher amount. I don't want to miss sells, but I can't give things away either. I enjoy your videos and advise. Thanks.
It’s totally up to you and what you feel. I usually hold out for the right buyer and try not to go below my lowest. BUT if you’re worried about losing a sale and would be happy with the profit I say take the offer!

Yeah that's a great idea. That sweater is knly going shred even more as it's been compromised at the major stresspoint of any sweater. Good way to get a disgruntled customer.

Thanks! I don’t. I have a really basic one I made for myself on google sheets, but it’s the bare bones. There’s one that’s popular called Reselling For Profit (search on Instagram or Etsy) but I haven’t used it so can’t speak to that.

It's what works for her and her store 🤷 she sells on Posh full time and has been for years so she's doing something right!
"Ugly" sweaters do really well, especially when they're a nice brand. I don't blame her for passing on the worn, smelly moc booties, but I agree that passing on the Vince Camuto ones was a mistake. That style is definitely still very popular.
