the leather case is kind of wack cause you have to remove the camera from the case just to take photos. lot of 3rd party cases on amazon are more like sleeves for the camera and you can still use the camera in full functionality.
This is more of a put in your bag and keep it protected kind of case. I have noticed that when you remove the camera from the leather case, it turns on. When you put it back in the case, it turns off. Kind of a cool design there.

Totally! I will let you know the image quality is the same. I have been playing with the filters and enjoying the Red filter for portraits of the family! Overall just a fun great looking camera for family events and gifting to friends. And its a looker for sure! :P

The teaser was released a few days before the preorder date and the preorder date was the day we uploaded this video (monday)... They are for sale on our website until they are gone :)
It has some internal memory but you can insert a Micro SD card to get more storage and then choose what to print from the pictures you have stored on camera or on the Micro SD.
I see no reason for buying a limited released fuji considering ALL fuji's tend to be limited release anyways! I guess that's how Fuji is dealing with their poor manufacturing and slow supply to consumers. I have the EVO and can honestly say, just buy the Instax printer and print from your phone. The camera itself is a 3MP camera and I get better results printing images taken with my Iphone.
Completely reasonable thoughts! Fujifilm is battling to get sensors in cameras and we hear about it all the time. I think the shooting experience is why people will be looking to get a camera like this. Personally I think it's more enjoyable to shoot on something like this over an iPhone. My wife placed an order and she likes the quality of her phone... but this camera is unique! and allows people to get quick prints. Thats the benefit over a phone for sure. - Anthony :)

I’m guessing you’re referring to x100vi. That camera had 1,000,000 preorders in 2 days. With in house sensor, that’s not so easy to fulfill in a timely fashion
Ya certainly nothing artificial about 60ish cameras sold to us! And we got a larger assortment than most other companies in Canada. and people are coming into our store saying they are willing to wait a YEAR for an X100VI so... the demand is real and sometimes unbelievable.
I have 3 Fuji Cameras including an X100 and many lenses. Many others have seen the changes over the past few years. Even the Fuji UA-camrs are calling out Fuji for ignoring their Af problems and creating this artificial scarcity. It's about to catch up with them.
We were letting our customers know how many we got. Fujifilm has made more than 60 but that is all that we could purchase and we were allotted more than other cameras stores in Canada. but it is a very limited edition. Not sure what it's looking like in the US or outside of Canada.

No, both are a harder plastic but just have a nice colour to them.
Which colour do you personally think is better?
Instax cameras are nice, but I went with a canon selphy 1500 and battery to be able to print my photos almost anywhere.

It was announced in August - I would imagine they are all sold before they are even released - I know this as I tried to get one
