Tim Duncan carrying in 03 continues to get more traction for bizarre reasons, the gap between Tim Duncan and the second best player was astronomical yes. The team played basketball well with good perimeter defence and different players stepping up in playmaking and scoring in different games. The run was also weaker than people like to believe the 03 lakers were worse than the previous 3 years Kobe hurt and his chemistry with Shaq off. Horry not hitting the bright side of a barn, role player injuries. The mavs their best comp had Dirk go down. A lot of stuff happened and the gap between Duncan and the second best player is one of the biggest ever on a title team.
Not a carry though (stop translating lack of second option to lack of help)
Jordan a walking contradiction. Then he acts like he’s in the right
Dray is so clear of Rodman
I like Jordan bring him back up
1:29:02 AD clears Rasheed. That's not even a discussion. Dude peaked at 19 and 8. Ox can't make an objective list to save his life. I'm more surprised at Swipa having AD so low at 10. L Swipa
If you judged Sheed off his game instead of by stats maybe you would feel different. If you didn’t watch ball before 2014 that’s on you.
Analytics kills your enjoyment of the game but it has helped make the actual playing off the game better at winning games.
All it did was let non basketball people into the game for money
@@felipecornejo7309 They not gunna like this
@@BIGOXMedia oh well
@@felipecornejo7309 i would argue the opposite. A lot of People in the media thats considered analytics guys if you listen to Them puts the most Work into studying basketball and watching tape. On PC you Can hear a guy like Marz is clearly watching a lot of different tape if its available.
@@felipecornejo7309 yes but if it makes a team better why shouldnt it. Physical therapy Also allows non basketball People into the game for money.
Great episode.
Thank u marz for constantly pointing out how dumb Jordan or / coach whatever his name is be sounding when he makes his takes .. I don't see why he has the name coach his basketball knowledge is like the knowledge of a 12 year old

Yall saying skills don’t go anywhere if you’re starting or on the bench. But what happened to Jordan Poole? His skills didn’t go anywhere but being the number 1 on a team is difficult not trying to say manu is Jordan poole but yall are acting like a guy can just transfer over and be great
Marz don't kill yourself arguing with with special people
Nah fr
Anthony Davis should’ve been over Barkley easily
i was the only one who had him

When is Marz going to stop ducking the jalen green debate against Jordan
never
Im really really tired of this guys…
Apparently Ron thinks Stephen Jackson is better than Lebron
Is Chris Webber vs Blake Griffin not a conversation
Rasheed was a dog. His numbers would sky rocket today
How can Ron still be casual after being in the panel for years. Either do your homework or just host. Can't stand that 03 Spurs debate.
Marz compromising on his ideals to not ruin the list. W teammate. L integrity.
Definitely L integrity
Vince Carter not on the sg list is crazy
Kevin McHale wouldn’t do anything against AD
Tim Duncan should’ve won MVP In 1999
The manu disrespect is crazy the guy whooped LeBron d wade Duncan cp3 etc at the Olympic the guy was kobe comp at one point
Who was dude in the bottom left. Mans was a goof 😂
Mars has found a good nemesis

Analytics doesnt take away hot hand and rythm you Can make statistical measurement to see if these thing exist. At include it in Your metrics.
Third, 😂😂😂Jordan idk you bruh so I didn't see any post you made my first time seeing you was on this show and also Marz I meant the 2000s period but you know autocorrect is crazy
7:50 Ron got saved by the bell here
😅😅😅
I literally fastforward to the of list
Jordan makes no sense cuz the sentiment behind Draymond is if he wasn’t on the warriors he would be out the league and he’s top 10 but Manu is not top 10 because he’s the product of the system???
First, Chill. Don't worry; you're not the only one who thinks like that. The way you think about Karl is how I think about the wrestler Chris Benoit. I separate the person from the wrestler.
Ron wtf does him being the third leading scorer have to do with??? Somebody has to be the third leading scorer regardless if your trash
Y’all hate on manu he cooked wade bron duncan etc in the Olympics
Aint no changing Jordan mind about nothing 🤣😭. He reminds of me one of the homies fr. He not trying to hear nothing he don’t agree with lol
Ox be absolutely out of his mind…smh
Y’all didn’t rate Jerry west ? 😮😮😮
Ron just makes shit up when he hears things.
Ron do you listen at all??? Nobody said those young spurs weren't contributing, but they weren't good yet.
im convinced the harden ai convo is only happening cause people just like ai more than harden and dont actually care about the basketball 😂
AI Conf finals appearance: 1
Harden: 4
AI career playoff series wins: 6
Harden: 15

Y’all got to revisit the 2024 Celtics team, I feel their the best team of all time and they have a chance to 3 peat
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@ronnellrandle569 Tell me why I’m wrong
@@anthonycelestin3559 u didn’t beat nobody every team u faced in the east was injured and jt still didn’t play well so ur telling me y’all are going to 3pt no team ever 3pt or went back to back when the best player was playing mid
@@ronnellrandle569 The team got six 2 way players with Holiday, White, Brown, Tatum, Porzingis and Horford who all play on both ends.
Analytically, the Celtics are the best when it comes to generating 3 pointers cause they make and take a lot of 3s. But unlike the prime Harden Rockets team wit D’Antonie, the Cs have more offensive diversity and more ball movement compared to those Rockets team that relied on ISO ball.
The Cs constantly move without the ball with backdoor cuts, ran pindowns, DHO action, have guards & wings set screens not just bigs, have players that can post up & the team used post up plays often and have multiple guys that can handle the ball & playmake.
The Cs spaced out 5 out offense is hard to stop and everybody on the team is a matchup nightmare. The Cs can 3 peat if they’re healthy. The Cs seem likely to 3 peat if healthy due to the team locking in everybody with extensions & not losing any key players and even adding new acquisitions like Lonnie Walker who can give them a spark off the bench
@@ronnellrandle569 Tell me a team beating the Cs with their 9 man rotation.
Starting lineup:
PG White
SG Holiday
SF Brown
PF Tatum
C KP
Bench:
PG Payton Pritchard
SG Lonnie Walker
SF Sam Hauser
PF/C Horford
Last season Celtics and the upcoming Celtics team got too much firepower, you can’t deny it. Every player on their team can literally shoot the ball anywhere and create their own shot
Chill u can’t have Rodman a top 3 defender ever when sum of his best years he was barely playing half the game and then say ginobili can’t be this high cuz he was a rotational piece when he played more minutes than the starters, and also Rodman wasn’t starting early on either
good catch
