Learn PERFECT DEGI BIRYANI | دیگی بریانی,बिरयानी Shadion WALI || With lot of cooking tips | Biryani 01 KG Banaye ab Ghar par.
Kisi bhi bari dawat k liye biryani banani hai tou yeh Biryani recipe zaror try karein.
For 2 kg biryani
Chicken 1 kg
Biryani masala homemade 50 gram or bombay biryani masala packet 1 or 5 tbs
Haldi(turmeric)1tsp
Lal mirch(red chilli)1 tsp optional
Garam masala 1tsp
Dhania powder(coriander) 1 tsp
Youghurt(dahi) 1 cup
Adrak lehsan paste(ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
Zarda colour(yellow and orange food colour) as required or half tsp
Potatoes (aloo) 2
Onions 3 small or 2 medium(Cut them and fry them to golden brown and crisp)
Tomatoes 3 medium
Greeen chillies to taste
CORIANDER and Mint (dhania pudina)
Rice sella long grain 1kg
To boil rice
Oil 2tbs
Vinegar (sirka) 1 tsp
Salt (Namak)3 tablespoon
Cumin(zeera safaid) 1 tsp
Bay leaves (tej patte) 2
Black pepper (sabut kali mirch ) 1 tsp
Black Cardamom (bari elaichi)2
Green Cardamom (hari Elaichi) optional 2 or 3.as their is sabut elaichi in Biryani masala
Chinese Salt 1 tsp
For layers
Biryani masala 1 tsp in each layer
Hot milk 1 tsp in each layer
Lemon juice 1 tsp in each layer
Ghee 3_4 tbs
Kewra water 1 tsp or kewra essense 2 drops
