Coriander leaf 1,/2 cup
Mint leaf 1 cup
Green chilli 10
Lemon 2
Bay leaf 4
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Star Anise 4
Black cardamom 3
Black cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Green cardamom 25
Black pepper 2 tbsp
Cloves 1 tbsp
Cubeb seeds 1 tbsp
Water 6 to 7 ltr
Salt 6 to 7 tbsp
Long grain basmati rice 2 kg
Refined oil 2 tbsp
Biriyani essence 3 to 4 drops
Lukewarm milk 1 glass
Saffron 2 pinch
Keura water 2 tbsp
Saffron food colour (optional)
Desi ghee 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
