Written Ingredients:
KORMA
Chicken 2.5kg
Oil 250gms for korma
Tomato 1kg
Dried Plum 50gms
Ginger 3inches
Garlic 10cloves
Green Chillies 8pcs
Potato 1kg
Salt 2tbs for korma
Red Chilli powder 4tbs
Turmeric Powder 1/2tbs
Coriander Powder 1tbs
Use whole spices:
Cumin whole 2tbs
Black Pepper Corns whole 2tbs
Cinamon Sticks whole 4pcs
Green Cardamom whole 10pcs
Star Anise Whole 2flower
Grinde these spices:
Cumin 3tbs
Nutmeg small piece
Mace 3small pieces
Cinamon stricks 4
Oil 125gms for dum
Lemon Slices 3lemons
Green Mint Leaves
Green Coriander Leaves
For Boiling Rice: (Boil 80 Percent)
Sella Rice 2.5kg
Salt 10tbs
Star Anise 2flower
Bay Leaves 5pcs

You should try Kacchi Biriyani from Puran Dhaka, Bangladesh. Aalu is a must in Bangladesh’s Kacchi Biriyani.

Looks so yummy Afzal sahib the only exception the amount of salt. Please cut salt consumption in your diet. We need only 28 grams daily which we can get from our food the rest is acquired taste. The recipe looks really good. Why sela rice? It has a strange taste. Please do comment
Afzal sahib you have a following why not get clad stainless steel pots and pans made in Gujranwala or Wazirabad. Aluminum is not good for health, especially our cooking which uses acidic stuff like lime lemons and tomatoes etc; it’s been found in the brains of Alzheimer patients.it is feared it cause this brain disease which makes you lose memory.
If you use SS then you can promote it. The bottom has to be clad that means a thick aluminum alloy is bonded to distribute heat evenly. Please think about it. Thank you.
