Was TikTok user for about 4 years, but after 2022 it became a place for russian and Chinese propaganda, I literally saw how separatists stream freely, tho I have used every single in-app security measure to avoid such unwanted content, and it still got through the random recommendations. All the report tickets were left without a reply. I think the reason is that TikTok owners can't handle non Chinese/English language videos or comments properly, thus this app is definitely dangerous. Uninstalling it was the best decision, I can't explain it, but after some "nostalgia" period I totally forgot about it and absolutely not interested in any TikTok videos anymore, I've got free from this addiction. I won't argue if TikToker is a real job or not, just saying that there are other social video services with the exactly the same functionality.

Was TikTok user for about 4 years, but after 2022 it became a place for russian and Chinese propaganda, I literally saw how separatists stream freely, tho I have used every single in-app security measure to avoid such unwanted content, and it still got through the random recommendations. All the report tickets were left without a reply. I think the reason is that TikTok owners can't handle non Chinese/English language videos or comments properly, thus this app is definitely dangerous. Uninstalling it was the best decision, I can't explain it, but after some "nostalgia" period I totally forgot about it and absolutely not interested in any TikTok videos anymore, I've got free from this addiction. I won't argue if TikToker is a real job or not, just saying that there are other social video services with the exactly the same functionality.

If TikTok gets banned and removed from the App stores, Android provides the means to let users install apps that are no longer in the App store, All it takes is downloading the apk file, and setting your android devices to allow unknown apps, Then you'll be able to use TikTok, However for Iphone users, They won't be able to install TikTok outside of the app store because Apple's own devices are part of a closed system, and don't allow apps outside of the app store to be installed, Unless they somehow jailbreak those phones, Which then allows people to install other apps not in the app store.
Download the apk file from where? Whoever stores the apk file and allows download will be susceptible to heavy fines by the attorney general!

TikTok users are naïve. They only have to move to an other platform. UA-cam does offer this option of Short video in the same format as TikTok and X formerly Twitter now offer a video platform inthe same style as TikTok. So content creators do have multiple options and social platforms to continue their work.

The United States will be greatly affected. TikTok is such a beloved app, but in many ways, it's had negative affects, with the things people do on there, the things people say. I'm not a fan of TikTok myself, but I want to keep seeing people doing what they love. Lots of young and aspiring talent on that app. I'm honestly nervous for it.

It’s not all about music and silly videos. Twitter and Instagram have been phased out for being the outdated way to share. With this gone Snapchat would be the only option and it isn’t as profitable.
