Physicality can help with confidence...to a point. I had to learn more about boundaries and inner acceptance...sounds cliche but it was true. I was the people pleaser type, which kills self confidence. That meditation book called 30 Days to Stop Apologizing by Harper Daniels helped me a lot with being cool with myself. No one else can validate you, only you.
