You’re like a bundle of sunshine. Coincidently I’m leaning on this method heavily for the past few days now as I prepare for my trip to Korea next month. I tried it in the past but I think because at that time I was more interested in reading books or watching UA-cam I didn’t stick with it. Nobody to talk to. But it’s different when you’re going to have someone to talk to.
Since I’m not really making my own sentences but having an AI translate my English, it’s possible to exceed my Korean level. I had that quite a bit before. But at the same time it’s interesting because they are my thoughts translated so I think I will stick with it. I’m throwing the sentences into Anki. I’m currently testing myself just to read and understand (Korean on side 1) and practice saying it. Testing English on side 1 and remembering the Korean is too hard 😭
