This is perfection! Not only do we have total classics like Bob The Builder, Fireman Sam, and Postman Pat, but also obscure but charming series like Engie Benjy, Roary The Racing Car, and Fifi and The Flowertots. So many different and epic characters in one video!
And Thomas the tank engine and SpongeBob
@@PercyFan28-f3n I know.
@@florianhoxha2888 ok
2:10 Ringo Starr's last performance as Thomas
As a man who grew up on the bbc network thanks to the network. (And I was born in USA) and this made me smiled.
Everybody else (Thomas the train included): *singing*
Meanwhile the fat controller: *trying to finish all the food before the final part*
This is the ultimate crossover from hit entertainment to waner bros and Nickelodeon never thought to see Thomas and SpongeBob in the same video
Me to
(despite thomas being primarily aired on nick jr)
All of my childhood coming together as one.
I remember this very well.
Thank you so much HIT Entertainment for the best childhood ever 😭😭😭❤❤❤
And Nickelodeon?
@@PercyFan28-f3n To him too. How can we not forget him? He too must be thanked ❤️❤️❤️

Quite simply the most genius and sublime children in need single of all time. Peter Kay quite simply a legend.
The songs in order
0:15 Can You Feel It
1:21 Don't Stop
2:10 Jai Ho
2:55 Tubthumping
3:13 Never Forget
3:32 Hey Jude
3:52 One Day Like This.
Hope You enjoy this masterpiece
Watching this as an american I have realized I watched quite a few british kid shows when I was younger.
I am like 99 percent sure this 5 min song literally has atleast 1 character from literally every kids show
Thunderbirds was my favourite show while I was in Primery School, as it went through another boom in popularity back in the early 2000's
This is the best crossover of all time
The extended version for Thomas’s cutscene at 0:15 should have the narrator( Ringo Starr saying ): Thomas was at his last station when the fat controller said: Thomas some random guy said they have a collab at a talking trailer, we’re going to be late and we’re not going to be in the song, Thomas said: yes sir I’m on my way and of Thomas goes
0:23 Hello, Bob! My name is Big Chris, and welcome to Silver Hatch!
That must have been Bob's first time visiting a location outside his own universe.
That best Ultimate crossover ever classic 🔙 in 2009 for the Good Old Days
I call this a BBC multiverse! I especially love the Teletubbies and In the night garden characters together!
I remember watching this since 2021.
Bring this back for 2024 children in need!
The last time we saw Thomas model in action and he was voice by Ringo Starr for one last good bye
I just love that payoff of Chippy Minton from Trumpton getting mentioned at the start of the video and then appear at the end of the video.
Arguably the best crossover ever made. Not only do we get total classics from a bygone era but also things from more recent years. We should thank Peter for giving us this.
The tracks in order:
0:15 Can You Feel It
1:21 Don't Stop
2:10 Jai Ho

3:13 Never Forget
3:32 Hey Jude
3:52 One Day Like This
Enjoy it ❤ 😊
Mack: London, England, here we come!
Lightning McQueen and Mater: BBC Children in Need, here we go!
No non-British characters allowed !
@@george-nu5nr Yes American and Japan allows.
@@florianhoxha2888 Nope. Only Brits.

Sonic: Yeah! We even share game ideas to Europe.
Buzz Lightyear: American is not rubbish.
Sulley: It’s the biggest English country the world has ever seen.
Shadow: And it’s important as United Kingdom is.
Godzilla:well I guess this is London
I love these shows and characters!
This animated musical crossover is sure to go down in history.
This Music Video was My Childhood, I remember My Grandad giving this to me as a gift when I was 2 back in 2009 a little bit after it released and man I would not stop watching it I would just be up on my feet all day listening to it and come back to watching it every year, I’m so grateful for Peter making this it will probably stay as my most favourite song I’ve heard in my childhood
And thus, with this, endeth the Renaissance of British animation as we know it!
Anyways, personal favourites are Roobarb, The Wombles, Bagpuss, Pingu, and Fluffy Gardens.
Fireman sams model and voice kinda looks different and it’s weird because fireman Sam was going through their cgi era in this..
CAN YOU FEEL IT 💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🗣️🗣️🗣️
Pablo, tyrone, uniqua, tasha and austin: together heroes will rule the entire multiverse of wonders!
Alguém BR aqui? eu chorei quando eu ví isso, é lindo eu ví tudo isso, uma nostalgia que é difícil expressar em palavras de gratidão. o quão esses desenhos fizeram parte da minha infância no discovery kids e outros canais.
2:25 Pudesy: The Children in Need Day doesn’t matter what good guy or bad guy you are. It’s about having fun.
Mater: Like what?
Pudesy: Having dance parties, dawning pictures, and singing music. Watch this. Girls.
Patrick: Hey, Tails. What are they doing?
Tails: (Colleen O’Shaughnessey) I don’t know.
Knuckles: (Dan Green) I think they showing us about fun.
2:55 Pudsey: Now, the boys.
Grizzy: Hmm?
Bowser: Huh?!
3:13 Percy: Budding Boilers!
Shadow: So, then…
Mater: Dad Gum!
Amy Rose: (Lisa Ortiz) (Gasps)
Knuckles: You…?
The 10 Doctor: It’s brilliant!
The Lemmings: Tabodi!
Mario: Well, since we’re together in the Mushroom Kingdom, we should celebrate the Children in Need Day in here!
Sonic: Yeah! Let’s do the super grand finale of the day!
What about Eggman!?

Next Year: BBC Children in Need: Pudsey's 40th Birthday DVD
I like all of them
Happy Birthday Thomas
Ahhh good times
I have this on DVD thank you for uploading this
Before endgame we had our childhood come together ❤️ 😢 I miss these old day.
My favourite
Fun fact: If I'm correct then Thomas The Tank Engine has the least screentime out of all of the over 100 characters with a total of 3-4 seconds onscreen. What a pity indeed
And the beginning too
Happy Pudsey Day, everyone!
Them: avengers endgame is the most ambitious crossover, me, an intellectual:
sooooooooooooooo fun this song
Who’s happy after this returned?
I love how SpongeBob’s clip is just a pre-existing clip and not something original.

Nostalgia😭😭😭
Marvel has Avengers Endgame as their most ambiguous crossover ever, Disney has House of Mouse, and Children In Need has this masterpiece.
Barney, bj, baby bop and riff: we are all heroes! We are all heroes!
Who’s here while I’m finishin’ watchin’ 2024 Children in Need?
It's basically the UK equivalent to Christopher Cerf & Nile Rodger's "We Are Family" & Tom Selleck's "Kids For Character" Music Videos.
Which imo (as I've often said), is sadly missed nowadays (since various networks and production studios often like to state that their T.V. shows are better than anyone & everyone else instead of seeing them as equals).
Not to mention that I'm of the minority that likes crossovers (especially when done well).
Mario: (Chris Pratt) Hey, Luigi! BBC and Children in Need Team called us we would join them in London, England!
Luigi: (Charlie Day) London? The home of BBC?
Mario: Yeah. We should go with Peach, Daisy, Yoshi, Donkey, Wario and Waluigi and see it.
That's funny, I was originally going to make my own take on Children in Need and Mario, Luigi and Peach were part of it (too bad I didn't include Yoshi, Toad, Donkey Kong, Wario and Waluigi).
I was just wondering Mario and his friends came to London to celebrate BBC Children in Need Day. And maybe Sonic and his friends: Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Cream, Shadow, Rouge and E-123 Omega. And Lightning McQueen and Mater. What Pixar characters would you think would come to England?
@@florianhoxha2888 in my version i had Mike and Sulley from "Monsters inc", Riley Andersen, her parents and their emotions from "Inside out", Luca, Alberto and Giulia from "Luca", and Mei Lin from "Turning Red".
Yeah, I wanted to include a lot of cartoon characters from Disney and Non-Disney and also from other countries. And thus i wasn't able to include everyone.
@@Mattcai2004 Like Pixar and DreamWorks?
@@florianhoxha2888 yeah, but also Universal, Hanna-Barbera, Warner Bros., BBC, Disney, FOX, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Cartoon Network, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Paramount, Aardman, Netflix, Walter Lantz productions, Dreamworks classics, Sony, Nintendo, SEGA, King Features Syndicate, Hasbro, Mattel, Lionsgate, Wildbrain, Studio MDHR, Metro Goldwyn Mayer, the Jim Henson company, Sesame Workshop, Teletoon, Xilam, Gaumont, Dr. Seuss, RAI, Mediaset, PBS Kids, Bagdasarian productions and others.
I Think This Was The Last Time Thomas Was Seen In His Model Form. Man I Really Do Miss The Props😢. Also How Did Thomas Get On The Road.
Maybe someone like Kevin the Crane or even Lofty from Bob the Builder lifted him off the rails and onto the recording studio floor.
Are you talking about me? Cuz my picture has the Thomas face
@@PercyFan28-f3n not anymore

Mr. Krabs: Plankton!
Lightning McQueen: Chick Hicks.

Shadow: (Jason Griffin) The Chaos Council!
Dr. Deep: Yeah, that’s right, Shadow. Sorry for crashing your dance party, but Children in Need didn’t invite us to join.

I saw this in November 2009 and have got it on CD and DVD
Hi children in need
I love your videos ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
Memories! 🤩
Is this canon to those shows?
Notable absences:
* Wallace & Gromit - I have no clue. Maybe it was because Wallace & Gromit are theatrical shorts as opposed to a TV series?
* Disney characters (any) - Disney are pretty stingy when it comes to licensing for crossovers, sadly not even charity would be immune to the pressure
* TUGS characters - They're boats, plus the show is darker than most of those included here.
* Pokemon (any) - Again, the three companies behind Pokemon are tightwads when it comes to crossovers.
* Doctor Who - Live-action and not even in a soft puppet-like costume, plus he gets his own segments in Children In Need regularly, so his inclusion in a medley would be redundant/jarring.
* Looney Tunes (any) - Looney Tunes was a dead franchise at the time of production, it would take 2 years for it to be revived.
* Spindleshanks - The show was aimed at an older demographic than most of the others, & it was on a lower budget, regardless, Spindleshanks (Uncle Grizlly might have been too intimidating) would have been a nice pick.
* Sonic the Hedgehog - All his shows had ended production at the time, so they'd have to use the games themselves or his theatrical short.
Plus if this was made today I'd be pretty sure Pingu wouldn't be the only non American/British character; they'd probably toss in the Heelers as well as Luffy or something.
Where was Danger Mouse?
