Dr. Hart-Pinto, thank you for this information, what a relief I feel after you mentioned loss of vision which I had in one eye that came back to full vision in a couple of weeks. Eye Dr. and Neurologist checked me out not finding anything else wrong. Thank You!
If you have never had Cialis (Tadalafil), don't bombard your body with 10mg-20mg of Cialis. Take as low as 2-3mg daily. After taking it for a few week or until you feel some side effect, stop taking it for a week to let the side effect subside. Then come back on the routine of 2-3mg daily. Repeat the cycling on/off for 2-3 times, until you don't feel any side effect for a whole week. Then you are pretty much safe to take is long term. For daily intake, it is recommended to keep the dosage under 5mg. By the way ,there is one VERY IMPORTANT thing. DO NOT eat GRAPEFRUITS, since it would prolong the half life of the medication and enhance the side effects. It would be much better if you cut or reduce orange and lemon, too. Lime is OK.

@@yushamenthari I heard many bodybuilders use Tadalafil to reduce soreness and gain more lean muscles. If you have to use it, I think it might be better to use a dosage as low as 2.5mg and only on training days. Pay close attention to side effects. e.g. headache, sore eyes, unusual muscle pain, etc. You should not use Tadalafil if you use other substances, which can cause vessel dilation or lowering blood pressure. It would be better if you can consult your doctor.

@@MotivatedI I’m not a medical person, but I can tell you with out a doubt, this tadalafil allows me to pee with out any problems. I would not say it is functioning properly, I would say using it daily, it allows me to pee every day, like “normal”…. You should hop over to the doctor and let him check you out. You may have something simple or maybe not…. So let those doctor people do their job so you can live a long happy life 😀👍🏻

For me the effects of Cialis last about 4 days!! That's a pretty big window. But, you still need to be in the mood and psychologically aroused. I'm 60 and before my knee operation a year ago I didn't have any ED issues, but months of strong pain killers created a problem. I don't need it all the time, but if I want to be "sure" I take some, or Viagra - which lasts me about 10 hrs.

No. You just will no longer have the positive effects. It’s not like statins, bp, anti-depressants, that build up in bloodstream & do have negative effects if abruptly stopped.
Do a video on post brachiotherapy or prostate surgery that may cause erectile dysfunction that may cause this problem and what therapies are available to help men get an erection.

I have trouble with Cialis giving me diarrhea and stomach upset even at low dosage. Is there anyway I can rectify this side effect or will it go away on its own if I take it for a while? It does help ED but not in the mood with stomach upset. Viagra does the same for me.
I had the same problem. But I don't have that problem anymore. I used to take omeprazole a half hour before taking the cialis. And that worked. I took tums also. But now I don't have to take any of that stuff. What I did was changing my diet to a healthier diet. Doing a lower carb. Staying away from eating processed food as much as possible ,eating a keto diet. Also iwill eat adill pickle or an apple when I take calis. Try to cut the junk food out of your diet. Changing my diet has helped me tremendously. Look at Dr. Eric berg video 's on UA-cam. I hope this helps you.

Some people drink a little diluted apple cider vinegar. It helps in digestion. My problem was that I didn't have strong enough stomach acid. It aids in digestion. It may help you to avoid indigestion when taking cialis.

Get this (I have a set prescribed dosage), avoid porn and grapefruit juice, and be patient. It will take a couple days to build, but it works and works well

Grapefruit enhances your exposure to tadalafil, meaning the medication won't be metabolized as it should. This will greatly enhance the side effects. Actually grapefruit or grapefruit juice should be avoided if you take any medication. The recommended daily dose is 2.5mg~5mg. For occasional use as needed, the recommendation is 10mg, but it can be adjusted within 5mg~20mg.

If you are in a prostate medication taking Flomax. None of these drug's work on erectile dysfunction at age 62. I tried, even increased dosage there was no effect. I think these drugs work mostly with age 21 to 40 maybe up to 55.

Works for me, I am 69 I used to take Flomax but I quit. It worked while taking Flomax also.

I have been on Flomax for many years and just started Cialis this year. The 20mg dose of Cialis works for me. My problem was keeping it up, not getting it up. I do get the nagging headache and nasal congestion side effects.

The dose is too high. It also happened to me. I now break the 20mg into four parts and take it every other day. No back pain or headache. If you ED is not severe, that should work.

True, but i also got my bloods back... it is actually cuz my prolactin levels are high, my LH is very low, and FSH a bit low too. That's why I'm having ED issues even with the pills. My T levels are good enough tho.

Just take 5mg when u need it. It last 2-3 days. Not required in advance.
I do a daily 5mg and then boost it with 10mg when I want a real solid woody. It also boosts my confidence which makes so much difference in my performance and pleasure.

Yes, but it’s pointless
I wish I’d never taken cialis. I don’t know if was a coincidence but 5 years ago, within days of taking this drug (which I would have to say was super effective) on only several occasions I experienced sudden sensorineural hearing loss. I was sitting watching TV one night when I suddenly experienced a sudden popping noise in my right ear - it felt like my ear had become full of water, I lost considerable hearing in that ear and developed tinnitus. I waited a couple of days thinking it would get better but it didn’t and by the time I’d seen a doctor and waited weeks to see a ENT specialist the damage was irreversible. I now can’t hear well in group situations, need to have people on my left side to hear them properly and the tinnitus is constant. It was only some years later that I happened to read that sudden hearing loss can be one of the side effects of using this drug. I am NOT saying the drug caused this condition in me, and there’s no way that it could be proven, however it was incredibly coincidental and especially as I was extremely healthy, it’d been recommended to me by my Dr (who knew me well) and up until then I’d had perfect hearing. Regardless, I wish I’d never taken it.

I feel like I cannot take any ED meds (the two I've tried are cialis and viagra though cialis was better) because if I take it Friday or Saturday night it works halfway and then monday morning for work it's in full effect and I'm causing a scene. I worked with all old guys and they weren't happy. Now I work with mostly younger married women I'd literally be fired or have to call out of work.
It sounds funny but it's a real bummer not being able to be with the one you want but then it kicking in big time for days in fact at exactly the worst time.

Cialis lasts a long time for me - about 4 days, so you do need to have a partner who's in the mood.

Ha ha ha 😅. I experienced the same thing. Took it Saturday. It was my first time taking it. Didn't work. On Monday whilst on a train to work had a curvy lady standing in front of me. Didn't notice at all she was too close. Only noticed when she turned around and looked at me in shock. Some thing as hard as a bone had violently pushed her. Fortunately she smiled when she realised what it was. The rest is history. A really Embarrassing moment 🙈💦💦💦💧💧
@@npzwane9331 You still need to be in "the mood" but it should work within an hour or so of taking it, but yeah - it lasts for days. Cialis also has positive effects on testosterone. I might just start taking it every 4 days just for that effect.

@@hubcitytony2734 I'm no Doctor, but I use 20mg - which is pretty high. I also need to point out that I don't have severe ED, it's more of a "make sure" thing for me!! Most of the time I don't use anything.
