I was ready to order and install, but the process requires specialized tools and space and an extra hands to complete. Do you have a list of installers located in the NYC area?
I have the stealth unit and battery, and bike. My tiny apartment doesn’t allow me the space to work in. Much less own some single use tools. I can do most tuning on my 5 bikes and 2 electric scooters. But the CYC install is more in-depth and requires a larger work space and tools.
I hope you guys work on that noisy chain ,maybe a kit with belt drive ro reduce that noisy chain.
The chain is not the main cause of the noise but we are working on quieting down the systems for newer versions.

it's ok unless you want silent.. road noise from tyres is also an issue. Most of the vids show the cyc under load powering up to top speed . but if your cruising its ok quite reasonable.. for me anyway.. I think of it as the sound of power ..
