Today's recipe is very popular sweet of India, yes Soan Papdi Sweet...
From last few years we have seen that during every Diwali Festival or any other popular Indian festival, Soan Papdi Sweet is being served or exchanged among the people of India as a gesture of wishing each other. This sweet is made with only four ingredients, but the making of it is a challenging task.
In the market we find soan papdi at reasonable price and it is the only sweet which can be stored for days. The making of soan papdi is a real challenge for those who loves cooking and want to make it on own. I tried this recipe first time and it turned out to be a real joy making it and satisfaction of making something which we usually believe impossible. I would like to insist that, whether you are going to make it or not, but this video of soan papdi making process is worth watching, which you will not regret.
