If I want to eat bakery items first I eat salad 3 to 400 gm after I eat directly some sweets or other food and I focus specifically walk and exercise and not using medicine for diabetes thanks
Its a lot like cotton candy but a lot more flavorful, tastier, soft in a buttery way, not sugary like cotton candy. You have little slivers of caramel in it at times. Just wonderful to eat.

It will taste like spongy sugar.. it is sugar only which is transformed to spongy texture. It will melt once you put it in your mouth.
