I'm not sure what country this is , they did this the hard way , they could have drained the pond with a special pump and they should have power washed everything
I’m in shock to believe the people in your country seem to throw any,and all garbage in any space they find convenient . Do you not have any containers for garbage thru out your city it’s from clothes to furniture . You do a fabulous job but it’s not possible for three people to maintain the city. .
