    I have an exam tomorrow, what if so

    i mean there are two different stations and they are doing same thing but one is doing in 20 sec and the other is in 40 sec ??

      With parallel Process Times of 20 and 40 sec/unit, average Cycle Time can be calculated by thinking in ‘how many per time’, for instance: 20 sec PT => 2 per 40 sec & 40 sec PT is 1 per 40 sec = 3 per 40 sec => 40/3=16,7 sec average Cycle Time = on average every 16,7 secs one unit is produced by these two stations together.
