These are uploaded "as it is" so that everyone can know that learning process remains the same everywhere; only crucial points are discussed here, rest you can refer and read from books;

The ICU Channel is a project by Educational Society of Bedside Intensive Care Medicine (ESBICM) for providing forever free bedside intensive care education to doctors and nurses working in ICU & ED. 3. Telegram group of The ICU Channel and discussion group of ESBICM

Yes it can be . But always consult your medical superintendent for hospital policies .
