Please remember, its against the rules of WolfQuest to join a game and intentionally drown pups to disrupt cooperative gameplay. If you wish to drown pups, make sure you are hosting a game or joining a game clearly labeled as such (PupKillers, BadParents, DrownPups, etc). sorry but uh wolves do not have ranks the guy who originally discovered it debunked it hears a video if you don't believe me ua-cam.com/video/tNtFgdwTsbU/v-deo.html im not trying to be mean im just saying
@@blackwolf-tf4qz Watch the video! I specifically mention in it that alphas aren't a thing! When I say rank, I refer to hierarchy. Also please read the disclaimer because the video doesn't have all the information in terms of how "ranking" works.
It's people like this that make me play my wolf granny. I stay at the den and scare of predators and always take the lead when taking the pups to den. I even found a very shallow part in the river it barely grazes the enemy pack. And if someone *RUNS* into the water with a pup then they are kicked I've played wolf quest since it first came out and was free. My old wolf doesn't have time for trolls and neither do I.
I just don't play puo servers cuz Im more of a roleplayer. But us roleolayers have to deal with ppl who feel they have a right to act like a person more than a wolf. Ive had wolfquest since 2016 and I ALWAYS host because I need to be able to control ppl
Its so cool seeing how the game has developed. I remember playing it when it first came out as a kid and telling my grade 10 geography teacher about it (we were studying the introduction of wolves to Yellowstone at the time)
I've noticed that. Although this is why I'm afraid of staying at the den to guard (I usually get food and hunt if there wasn't enough food) or picking up pups during the journey. (again, I usually just handle food when needed). I generally don't talk much during pup raising games, because when I don't know anyone in the server I mostly keep my trap shut to focus better. Then I'm afraid people will think I'm a pup killer if a pup accidently dies because of me.
@@Sp1tefulTh1ngs Yes, I don't talk much either and I worry about people who might think I'm a pup killer becuase I don't always have good luck getting pups across the river. One time everyone was taking the pups across the river and me and one other person accidentally drowned a pup, thankfully we weren't kicked tho. A wolf did growled at us though right after that happened and I'm thinking, plz don't think I'm a pup killer
I usually just warn other players that I will not be talking much so I could just focus better as well ^^; I don’t want them to think I’m a pup killer ;w;
Remember, not all people who kill pups do it intentionally. My first time on a pup server I was carrying a pup across the river but I ran out of energy so the pup drowned. Then I got kicked even though I apologised and said it was unintentional.
This is very true and it does happen! I think there's a clear difference between accidents and intent but that may not be as clear for everyone. I'm sorry you got kicked for a mistake in the game you had played.
I feel like the difference between an accidental drown and an intentional drown is this: If a player drops the pup in the water but actually tries to pick it up again, it’s mostly an accident. But if the player just drops the pup and walks away or does nothing, it’s probably intentional
@@corrinjessen Doesn't mean they can't talk about it. It's also a nice friendly reminder that just because a pup does die under someone else's supervision doesn't mean they meant to kill it.
Amazing video! I'd like to share my experience with a pup killer! I can definitely see some clear signs! Something like this happend to me, I had made a server to raise pups on, 4 people joined and we hunted. While me and the three other people hunted to make a clear pathway to the sight, the other person when straight to the den and started to mark. I told the person to stop, though they ignored me and continued, alas the pups were born. I was irritant at this point because we had barely any carcasses. They strangely named the pup killer, but I shrugged it off cause many people do this. Whilst continuing with the hunt and keeping the pups safe, that one person stayed inside the densite the majority of the time. I suggested that one other person stayed as well, but we ened up leaving them alone since I didn't want to come off as rude. While we were finishing up hunting I noticed a pup had died from a predator, I asked politely what had happened and they said that didn't see it. Me and the three other people that had joined, came back to the den and fed the pups, this person never fed nor helped the pups. With three pups remaining, we started the short trip to the sight. The person only carried the pup they had named, and, to them he was the best pup. Him being ahead of us, was already at the sight, so I told them to wait so we weren't scattered across the map. Unfortunately I got ignored and they had entered the river with the puppy, I'm assuming they dropped it and it drowned. There were only the remaining two left, and, having never hosted a game before didn't really know that warning was a thing, but I knew about kicking. They stated that the puppy had walked into the river on its own, but it was quite obvious that it's death was intentional. I was really close to kicking them, though I was guilt tripped by him and the other two people on the server not to, so I didn't. We were at the river with the remaining pups, the person was sitting by the river, just beside the deep end. After regaining my stamina, I picked up a pup ready to cross but the player fed the pup I was carrying and forced me to drop it, he picked it up and drowned it whilst I was vigorously trying to boot him. Only the last pup survived because I was to nice to kick at the beginning, anyways I hope you liked my story. 🌹❤🌹 I subscribe also!
Wow!!! There definitely are tell tale signs. I probably would've been REALLY annoyed if they marked like that, but I wouldn't have booted at that point either. If they let a coyote kill a pup and stopped taking care of a pup, that's when I would've kept an eye on them. I would've given them a warning at that point, especially as they headed to the river ahead of everyone. Like as soon as they ignored you about the river would've been the most clear indication they were going to do that. Its so annoying when people troll like that. I JUST BARELY saved the pup in this video, even when I was incredibly suspicious. I hate that you can feed pups while they're being carried to force drop them. Leaves a lot of space open for people to troll. Thank you for sharing!!! I hope others read your story too!
@@CaptainWolfStudios Thank you! I hope people see your videos and realised the signs before something happens. Sadly I saw this video after it happened so I didn't really know much about 'pup killing' I would have been REALLY annoyed if they had managed to kill ALL the pups. Anyway LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!! 🌹❤🌹❤🌹
@@fluffylemonade No, XD. They killed that puppy first. Also, this odd thing happened on another of my servers, this person joined with the name "pup killer." Quite an alarming name to have on your server so I kept an eye on them, but frankly the only strange thing they did was grab a pup and place it far away from the den and left immediately afterwards. It was like they were trying to kill the pup but didn't really know how to? And during the trip to the sight apparently there were only 2 pups remaining though I could see and pick up four, and to add to my annoyance the two that were apparently dead died magically. It may have been a glitch but I'm not completely sure.
If they're headed toward a deep part of the river and interfering in you picking the pup up, they're probably a pup killer. To ensure that the player gets in trouble for doing this, say something in chat (Ex. "Don't drown the pups!" Or "They're a pup killer!") Then open pack stats, and report the player before they can kill your pups. This will send a portion of the chat log to the game's admins, and if that player was clearly drowning pups on purpose, the team will take action to prevent that player from doing this again (by disabling text chat for that player or disabling their account altogether). However, in cases where you have to act fast, you might not have time to report, and in that case, kick them.
@@trggameplay480 When you use the in-game reporting system, a portion of the chat log is sent to the admins. If nothing is said in chat to indicate that someone was deliberately drowning pups, the team will be unable to understand why the player was reported. Only the chat log is sent to the admins, so if you report someone when there is no evidence in the chat that they did anything wrong, the team won't know why the player was reported, and you're probably just wasting the admins' time. I believe there are some good articles about this topic over on the WolfQuest Community Forum, you should look there if you want more information (I'm not one of the developers, I'm just going off of what I've seen the team say).
They won’t do anything to you if you’re reported for pup killing. I was reported for it many times, (I think 6 or 7) and there was solid proof that I was a pup killer in the chat. They take action if you’re swearing, or being offensive; not if you’re playing the game in a way most people don’t like.
Ugh, I hate pup-killers. They ruin the entire point of the game. I don’t usually make games, but join them. One time, we were at Meadows, and we started heading down to the crossing (keep in mind we were going for the crossing by the mountain, around the bend). A few wolves were taking the pups way of track and way to close to the deep part or the river. They killed 3 pups. I had a single pup (for at the time I though they could handle a pup each;4 person server 🤷🏽♀️), that we’ll call...sunny. I had sunny after the others died, and we were about around the bend. Then I got the messages and of course chat was filled with ‘What happened? -_-‘s and so on. (I do this everything because I know that if I start arguing, they’ll have more points to kill the last pup) So I just kept walking with Sunny. People were saying you can’t hog the pup and so forth, but I didn’t care. I wanted to get sunny to the site and leave atp. I finally got to the site and all was good. It’s sad when the pups die, but I just suck it up and keep moving on for the one pup that deserves to not get drowned, eaten, starved, etc. Maybe just me, but I do best when this happens on my own.
Sierra Faith i would never ever support a pup killer it just ruins the whole point of the game sorry if it did sound sarcastic but wolves really are never seen grieving after a pups death its super rare
This happened to me a few months ago (more like a year ago oof) and there was this wolf named Callie, she acted friendly when we were at the den but on the journey she joked about drowning the pups in the river, and no one found it funny. I began to become suspicious. The leader said he would kick her out if she ever made a joke like that again. She agreed to not make another joke like that again. When we got to the river she continued to feed this one pup (that looked like me) and tried drowning him but another pack member who was in the river picked him up and carried him across. She got kicked out thankfully. I will never understand why some ppl find it funny or OK to kill pups on purpose, like the game IS pretty much about raising pups and its not fair to the ppl who try there best to protect and feed them. Thanks so much for posting this
It baffles me that people would intentionally kill pups when the whole point of the game is to keep them alive! I hadn't heard of this sort of thing before, so I'm glad I came across this video.
There are people who kill pups and ruin the fun on purpose?? That's incredibly rude and just awful :[ People are playing to have fun, it's disrespectful to try to disrupt the peace
Yes, I'd like to just have no trolls like that, so that I could play the game without even having to talk. Just have everybody do what needs to be done to care for the pups. That would be better.
@@tenbrackets played this game for years. Didnt spend money originally to piss people off. I spent the money originally cause original original game now costed money when it was previously free
at first i laughed and didn't think there would be a need for a video like this, but i've been proven wrong! it's actually very observational and helpful if you want to do a serious multiplayer session or an all pup run. one thing i've noticed from two pup killers i've seen and am highly aware of (they've been in several servers i've either started or joined) is that they don't speak at all or respond to commands, sometimes they just take pups before the journey starts and head to the river. i've warned them to stop but they ignore the chat, even from other players - they were intervened before any pups were harmed in the servers where i'm admin, and i've had to kick them because they would not stop trying to drown the pups, even after the pups were returned to the den. if you make pup raising servers, make sure to pay attention! its really annoying for completionists like me when jerks like pup killers come in to spoil the whole game edit; here's a tip to save a pup if you can't make it in time to stop the pup killer from dropping it in the river - feed it, then quickly bring it across the river whichever way is shortest, the pup will survive for a few more seconds - but be QUICK!
I've had a pup killer once and they didn't show any of these traits, they joined while we were taking my pups to the rev den. They made a straight b-line towards the river since we were about to cross it. I didn't know what was happening since I've never had a pup killer before. So I said "NOT THAT PART OF THE RIVER"(sorry about the caps but that's how I sent it) because I thought they thought we were going the wrong way. They drowned the pup(Flower I think her name was) and then they left the server after drowning the pup. They then joined the server as a different wolf to do it again! Luckily I remembered their user name and kicked them immediately(Ogre I think it was just to warn people). I don't know why people get a kick out of others' frustrations, the videos and warnings help
The same thing happened on a server I was on. Someone drowned a pup, then came back as a different wolf. I didn't say anything, as they hadn't killed any other pups after that and no one else noticed. They came on a server I was on later, but luckily the pups were too far from the river, so the killer left.
oh im so sorry it wasnt intentional i didnt do them Cuz Im NOT a pup killer i was loserwulf and i forgot about the energy thing and dropped it and i was laggy and i couldent get to it in time and it died...I clerly remember it being Loserwulf NOT ogre..Offencive
This is so wonderful how you uploaded Videos from ages abgo about WolfQuest and you are still uploading new videos. You're a true WolfQuest player. Thanks for the advice!
Thanks! One time two players (I wasn’t the pack leader so I couldn’t kick :/) drowned two pups, one was the one I named. I loved that pup so much, I decided to make a plot twist, so he survived. His name is Darkfur :3. I honestly want all pup killers that aren’t sorry to be banned. If they are truly sorry, then they’re fine. Sheesh. This is why I hate not sorry pup killers :/
There was on person in a game I was in(I wasn’t the host), and she acted normally. She seemed kind of shy and said she was new at the game, so people tried to help her with hunting and things. When we got to the river, the host said something like “okay, just watch this first time while we take the pups across. see how it works.” When the host and I(only us three) were across the first crossing with three of the pups, we got a notification that the last pup had drowned. We asked her what happened, and she responded “I DROPPED IT”. She seemed genuinely sorry, so we let her off easy. Before we kept going, though, we told her that she needed to find the shallow area and make sure her stamina was full before crossing it. At the second crossing the same exact thing happened, but this time I turned around in time to see her. Despite ya showing her exactly where the crossing was, she was swimming near the middle of a deep part. She started apologizing a lot but neither of us really believed her at that point. We didn’t kick her, but both of us kept a very close eye on the pups whenever she was near them. I’m still not completely sure if she was a killer or not. She fed them whenever they needed ty and never stopped us from picking up a pup. There was even a time before the river where she was the only one around them and she chased away a bear. But it really seems unlikely she’d be that far out into the deep part with a pup.
Since I don’t kill pups on purpose I don’t show any of these traits except one, the only reason why I go ahead of the pack to the river is because I want to make sure no other players will accidentally go too deep and drown the pup. I can be sometimes too overprotective of the pups, but if your ever in my game know I try not to be. Just if this was a real life wolf pack, I bet the alpha would quickly realize that my wolf would lay her life on the line for those pups. Anyways great video! I really enjoyed watching it, and it was very helpful 🙂🐺
Usually pup killers will have multiple traits. I personally believe going ahead of the pack to the river by itself isn't a sign of being a pup killer. However, if you ran to the river, ran back to get a pup, and went right for the river in a spot where pups can drown.... That would be a sign. :)
This happened to me a couple times Here is one So I was playing in a PRIVATE SERVER with 6 of my friends and I. The game had 8 slots and 7 were taken, so we didn’t really invite anyone else. Anyways, in the middle of our winter bull elk hunt a person joined and I told them it was a private game and only people with the invites were allowed to join. So the person agreed and left. After the bull was killed I turned it to day then back to night (them dang crows) and one of my friends and another friend of hers I invited had to unfortunately leave. So we wished them a good night and they left. Now 3 slots are available. After we killed half the second herd the same stranger joined and pleaded me to let them care for the pups. I said “Fine” and then messaged “but don’t invite anyone else” but of course, he responded quicker saying “Thank you so much! Afk” And that’s when I sent my message, when he came back he ignored my message and went towards helping us hunt. A few minutes later 2 more unknown players joined. I said “I thought I told you not to invite anyone!” And he said “When did you say that, they are my best friends they really nice” and I ignored him and his, so called ‘nice’ friends. A few minutes in when we had to feed the pups, one of his friends (the dark grey wolf, who I shall call Jerry) took up two and a half carcass to feed one pup named “bus” and the black and white wolf (who I will call Babby) was looking and exploring around the river, I peacefully and innocently Questioned him and said “Why are you exploring the river? Just wondering. The other 2 pups need food, and I can give you xp if you want” and he replied “I like listening to the soundtrack. Ur almost done anyway” So when the pups were full, we got to the river, and then Jerry took bus, Babby took Ginger and ‘Le Stranger’ (first wolf) took one of my friends pup named LilKish, and they started to drown them all. One pup remained close to the middle of the hunting ground, because we were rushing to rescue the drowning pups, and then the last pup was snatched by an eagle. And yes, all of our pups died. So I reloaded from the feed pup point and invited my friends and they all came, I had a new name and pass set, and the uninvited people came too. So I kicked them, we finished the game, and we ended it for the night. Anyways, thanks for this video and I hope you liked my story.
How did they join your server if they didn't have an invite? If you made a public server, don't get pissed when someone joins, your just as bad as a pup killer if you ask or make them leave lol
@@Red-mq5ne well just because it's public, doesn't mean the servers wouldn't have any rules, if that was one of the rules well then they had the right to kick.
@@aquafury664 one of the rules of wolfquest is to not kick people in spaces for others iirc. If they were really concerned they could've just made a private game, it's their fault for complaining
@@Red-mq5ne public have rules too, just like a public server hosted by anyone else, they still have rules they need to follow, much like the isle and so on. It may be fun to them, but if it's gonna cause issues with players, well expect the ban hammer, public or not. If people aren't at least slightly kept in kick when it comes to things like this, there would be quite a bit of complaints to the game devs, leading to a much bigger ban than just a small kick from a public server.
I'm actually glad this is out there (I mean the video not the pup Killers). I usually host my own servers, but I rarely do pup servers, mainly because I don't trust others with my pups, even if they have good intentions. Because if I kill my own it's my fault, but if someone else kills it by accident, I have seen people crack it and act aggressively throughout the game. But I have dealt with people who are manipulative with emotions, continually guilt tripping people on my server or even myself. Some don't even realise they are doing it, but some do. And it's extremely annoying. I usually pray that they eventually leave, but some don't, or the ones that leave report your game. But the ones that don't I have recently started to kick out of my game. I mean if I'm getting ignored when I first join, I wait a little while and if I'm still not acknowledged, I leave and find another server without saying a word. And I just don't get why these manipulators can't do the same, or create their own server. It's better on other players, and usually as host, you don't end up being ignored, usually. I mean, manipulation is a sort of harrassment, so it does go under Wolf Quest rules not to harass, (well at least I believe it does, need to read the rules again.)
Yeah being manipulative and messing with other players emotions in a deliberate manner certainly isn't allowed. Not all pup killers will do that, but it can be a bad sign that they may "act out" later and become one. Some people just take joy in messing things up for others. Its sad, really.
CaptainWolfStudios It is really sad. And I spoke to the actually WolfQuest UA-cam channel, and they're gonna bring in PvP, so I know hopefully most people will be nice and not attack at random, but there are going to be those people who just attack while hunting or just whenever. It just makes me hate some players, luckily I remember some usernames for people who dont play by the rules, so when they join my games I'm always watching them just in case they try something again.
Something like this happened to me. I opened a pup server in WolfQuest one day and one wolf joined, her name was Pine, she would always grab the pups and since we chose bison peak cutoff for the den the river was near, she would always go there with one pup. Once she went with one of my female pups who was named Sparkles and put it in the water. All the other wolves and me claimed we saw her kill Sparkles but she said she didn’t, I ended up letting her stay. She killed 3 pups and when she almost killed the 4th pup on purpose I kicked her. Then I opened another server where the previous wolves joined. I wish I saw this video before that happened, this was very useful information. Thank you!
I have a wolf named Pine, but he is barely used, and I love pups with all my heart. I mainly use Twilight or Serene, though. Descriptions of their fur after the read more. Twilight: A pitch black female, original coat color. Serene: A white female, original coat color.
I joined a game about a week ago, with about 4 other wolves in it. Because I always encouraged killing the elk near the den, people didn’t have to run around hunting, thus not letting the pup killer alone with the pups. I get quite attached to the pups I name, especially if they also inherit my coat pattern. When it was time to get to the rendezvous site, I immediately grabbed the one I named (Faust) and was ahead of others most of the time. We also picked the Saddle Meadows den, which has 2 possible crossing spots. I carried Faust on the nearest one, while others headed to the further cross. A few minutes after, we got a message that 1 pup died. I grew suspicious. When I was near the Little Butte, two wolves (one a suspected pup killer) run up, trying to help me carry the pup further to the rendezvous. I didn’t let them, and by that time the other 2 pups were carried to the crossing, so they buggered off. The host wolf run up to me and carries Faust. I immediately turn around so they won’t drown the remaining two pups, but alas, only got to witness how the pup killer dropped the pup in the river. I texted in the chat saying that this wolf killed the pup on purpose, and then they were kicked. The last uncrossed pup was carried off by an inexperienced player and drowned as well. In the end, only Faust survived. I’d say look out for those who seem very eager to cross the pups using threats or self pity.
The pup killer in my server (who I'll call Vivi) grabbed a pup while we were going to a crossing point and randomly started running off in a completely different direction. I asked them what they were doing and they said they were going to a crossing when really, it looked like they were just heading to a stranger packs territory. Another player took the pup back and when we began to cross the river, NOBODY WAS HELPING! I was the only one carrying the pups across but I was the leader in the server so the pups kept trying to follow me and two ended up drowning because of it. The other players were literally just sitting there and watching me struggle to keep the pups from drowning. Then a player, who always followed commands and seemed to know what to do with pups, tried to cross with a pup and went to a deep part and ended up killing the pup. But I think they were just inexperienced since they seemed genuinely remorseful for killing the pup but that didn't stop them from blaming me with everyone else. They all kept chewing me out for taking the pups to an "unsafe crossing" it wasn't, I had used that crossing for multiple litters in multiplayer and single player and never lost a pup in any of those(well except single player, for some reason when I start crossing the river in single player, my Mate goes hay-wire and grabs a pup then starts going back and forth over a river and sometimes drowning them. But that's literally any crossing I use) I told them all that if I had help then the pups would have survived and we wouldn't be left with one. But Vivi said that "she wasn't going to be at fault for dead pups" when she was one of the many who directly caused the pups to drown because she did not help me and just sat there watching with the others
This was actually a very informative video, I personally have never seen a pup killer in any of my games. But this was good information to have ready for if it ever happens.
Sometimes if you are on mobile it doesn't allow you to kill predators fast enough. (even if you are on the lowest graphics) so you are kinda just stuck there. That happens to me *ALOT* since I'm playing on my phone and watching this vid kinda makes me scared if I will be kicked or not. My mobile phone isn't the best and it lags a lot in these big detailed games. But hey! You saved one puppy from the pup-killer! I just hope nobody thinks I'm a pup-killer because of the lag. ^¬^ Edit: Now I just realized that mobile players that don't want to kill the poor little pups (but lags super much) have to stress more because one little mess up a pup is dead T^T. P.s I only played with players that seemed like they was on pc so yeah.
Not protecting a pup because of an accident/glitch is okay, its just when someone deliberately does nothing to stop the predator-- THAT'S when its a sign you have a pup killer in your game. There will likely be other characteristics as well. If you're really worried about being kicked from a game for that you could warn people when you join a multiplayer game that mobile sometimes doesn't work properly when protecting the pups so you're never left alone with them. Goodluck to you!

Yeah I've had experiences with pup killers before. I was on a server with another person (who was an absolute sweetheart, very kind) and we were finally embarking on the journey to the rev site. Two wolves joined the game, one named "Oliver" and I forgot the other wolf's name (let's call her Trisha). Oliver immediately grabbed a pup and went towards the river. I chased after him and managed to grab the pup two seconds before it drowned. The host of the server didn't understand what was happening at the moment but I was starting to catch on. Oliver left the server as soon as he discovered I knew his "plan". Trisha on the other hand, was a little more sly. She wasn't talking much but we dismissed it (like I can't talk a lot because my keyboard sucks rocks) we had just crossed the river, the rendezvous site visible. Trisha turns towards me and the host and says "Idk how to play this is my sister's account," then grabs the pup and goes towards the river. I KNOW what is happening by now so I run as fast as my short legs could go. She was trying to make herself seem "innocent" by saying she didn't know how to play. The host had finally caught onto what was happening, two pup killers in one server! Trisha ran into the river and dropped the pup. I rushed in and grabbed the pup, backing out immediately then feeding it. Trisha knew her plan failed so she left too. I told the host what was happening and we both agreed to pay attention to red flags more often. Later on I figured out "Oliver" had a history of killing pups. (He kept joining servers I was in and drowning pups for no reason) So watch out, pay attention to red flags and keep A LOT of food on hand and you'll be fine.
I guess it’s also important to map out the river crossing because since there is more than one for the saddle meadows den. Once I chose my usual crossing, but everybody else went to a crossing I did not know about. I crossed a pup at the usual and got booted for it
I'm so glad this is here, I'll definatly start looking for these signs in raise pups games, personally I dont like kicking. I never have, but I have been forced to use it about four times in the passed three years. This is a very helpful video thank you.
Pup killers drive me absolutely INSANE!! One time, I had this good team of wolves. We made server after server, each of us having our own part in the raising of pups. It was peaceful and fun, everything planned out to keep the pups safe. Until one of my friends had to go to bed. So we were all trying to find a good replacement for her, and this wolf named “Death” joined. He didn’t talk much, but proved himself to be quite helpful. He guarded the den well, hunted, and kept them all fed. No suspicions. Well that is until the journey. He took a liking to one pup in particular called “Skull.” He named him himself. He was carrying skull toward the river, ahead of us all and seeming quite antsy. He would keep on picking him up even when he ran out of energy. Then when we all got to the edge of the river, he did a glitch. He picked up 2 pups at the same time and darted to the deep end. We all knew immediately that he was a pup killer and kicked him from the server. We were so close. It was our first time trying the “Bring It On” and we were doing so good until he ruined it. It’s just annoying. I’m glad u posted this vid.
This brings me back to before pupkillers were actually a thing, me and my friends would invite our other friends who never played wolf quest before and mess with them like that and it was pretty funny. We always left at least two pups alive though so they could actually experience the game and we would tell them what actually happened but at the time we were REALLY young so I don’t do this anymore.
We had a pup killer in one of the servers. I wasn't an admin, but me and another player were hunting for food while two others guarded the den. One of the wolves was called Ollie/Oliver (be cautious). Somebody who had played with him in another server accused him of being a pup killer, which Ollie refused before caging and saying "I won't do it again!" While one of the players was fending off a bear, Ollie took one of the pups and drowned it in the water nearby before we even got to the journey section. Me and the other player hunting saw it, called him out on it, and he lied to us about doing it while trying to pin blame on the player who was helping me hunt. Even though we literally SAW. HIM. DO. IT. The entire time he always acted wishy washy and all "woe is me". Thankfully the admin kicked him as soon as she noticed him going for another kill.
I’ve played many games, and the amount I see this is honestly sad. When I’m in games, new players won’t know what’s going on until it’s too late, or even if I have to leave for a quick second, and say I’ll be right back, the pup killers will use that chance to drown the pups while I’m no there. We are here to play a game and have a good time. We don’t need you here ruining that.
Man I wish I found this sooner 😭 My experience with pup killers It's been like 2-3 years, so this may not be accurate. But, I finally got Wolf quest on my tablet and at the time I was like 9-10 at the time. I was addicted to doing pup multiplayer servers, and there was this one person. He had friended me and was pretty nice to me and everyone, until we had the pups. Everything had went great. We hunted, and marked. He would stay at the den and just stand there, letting the pups die. I asked him at one point what are you doing?! And he said 'sorry I was afk' and I said oh. He drowned a pup as well and I warned him at that point, and he asked why. The other people in the game were mad at this point and he continued to do the things In this video such as feed pups on the journey and howl. I kicked him when LITERALLY EVERYONE TOLD HIM TO STOP. He decided not to listen, so yeah. He had a habit of doing this even after I forgave him. I reported him. In games with people 1 on 1 it seems like they knew him as well (I think I remember his username but I will not say for his privacy) and said he killed pups in their servers. It breaks my heart because when people accidentally kill pups they sometimes left thinking I would kick them. If it was an accident, I wouldn't kick instead say it's alright. I did my best and my suspicious nature saved 2 pups :) I hope you enjoyed my story.
Wow! I totally agree that sometimes its purely accident and those people shouldn't be punished for a mistake because its just a game. But the people who deliberately ruin other people's games. Its quite frustrating.
I had this problem before when i got the game back in 2016. Before text chat was put into the public games, and they either hadnt added the kick option, or i didnt know it was there. They killed all my pups via drowning them, despite my efforts to make them stop Being a player since 2.5 there used to not be a kick option.
I remember one time I played one of those phrase only games, and was left alone at the den (there was good nearby). Got attacked by a cougar, lost most of my health before calling for help in case another showed up. Nobody listened, bear came. I tried to chase it off, I died, it got a pup and I was yelled at and kicked
I remember playing in an online server once with a couple of strangers. this one person kept trying to drown the only albino in the litter, and I later on found it almost dead in the creek on the way to the rendezvous site. I ended up being very protective of the pup for the rest of the game and wouldn't let anyone pick him up or feed him besides myself. I don't know why people play the Slough Creek level if all their gonna do is drown pups and be a general nuisance by not helping and being rude.
I mean if somebody is joking around about killing the pups it’s not really a big deal. It doesn’t really show any signs that they would kill them and if they do, you can just make a new server? It’s not a big deal imo
It is a potential sign, not a guarantee that they will. And if they attempt to, obviously someone could make a new server but not only is it annoying to stop the entire game for one player, but most people don't want to have to restart just because one person can't behave :)
I was in one of those text servers and I remember a wolf I think was named Pine and we were at the den and they tried to take one of the pups AWAY from the den and I kept telling him to stop and tried to bring the pup back to the den but he kept taking it away and from what I recall he took it to the river and drowned it when it was time to take it the summer place it was the last pup too but I couldn't do anything since I wasn't the host and once again I wasn't in a free chat server so I couldn't tell the host
This hasn't ever happened to me, as game host I always say what to do and what to do with the pups. For example, I always tell the wolves staying at the den to keep the pups inside no matter what, and I am always looking at pack info (this is in wolfquest 3) to make sure they are all inside. I also pay attention to who is feeding them and how much food they have, aswell as who stays at the den and who comes along.
Honestly if someone wants to be a pup-killer, they probably could make a room for that. Maybe one is a secret pup-killer and the other's have to protect the pups and find out who the pup-killer is.
CaptainWolfStudios that seem to be a somewhat similar to a game of Murder game on Gmod or VRchat, where there 1 detective, bunch of bystanders and 1 or 2 murderers pretending to be bystander
Another tip. If they are feeding the pup to prevent you from picking it up. Troll 'em back. When she/he picks it up, feed it. But you don't have to feed it a lot. Just hit f and back off. Then pick up the pup. Might be a battle but It could have saved you time to kick her/him. XD But the feed battle is fun, just feed It out of each other's mouths.
I've had 2 pup killers in my game. (Not my game but my friends game) their names were PupKiller. And they were white wolves. They tried to kill the pup named after me to the River. That pup was my favorite. Luckily Kraven (The pack leader) kicked them out before they got to the River. And they rarely used the feeding move because they didn't have a lot of food. I'm happy they weren't close to the River. After that, I brung the pup back to the den. No pups had been killed at that time. They didn't say anything (because they were on a public server) btw this is my WolfQuest account user
(Watching this 5 months later) I love wolf quest and I play it everyday but let’s be honest, it’s just a game. If someone is a pup killer then ok, the pups aren’t even real, just programmings. It is upsetting when a pup dies but again, it’s a game. And remember not to let a bad egg crash your time on wolf quest
While I mostly agree with you, the part that sucks about pup killing is that people want to make that end goal (the point of the game), but other players deliberately sabotage that. When all the pups have died, the server automatically ends. So when people deliberately kill the pups and the host did not want that to be the purpose, the host loses the entire server and has to make a game and hope the players they were with are able to find and rejoin. If WolfQuest made it so the game didnt end if all the pups died, I'm sure that'd remove some of the stress players face.
This is why I always offer to carry pups across the river if anyone isn’t comfortable doing it. I also always follow behind others in the water when carrying pups. It helped one time when someone lost all of their stamina near the other side and dropped their pup. But I was right there, and the pup survived with a sliver of health.
Someone actually did this in my game before. Though they never talked. The game ended though, because all the pups died :/ I was new to the game still, and I didn’t realize until later on, that the Wolf that wasn’t talking killed the puppies on purpose.
I know like I'm super late, but I used to deal with wolves named Callie, Luna, Pine, and one I think was called Moon. Those were some I kept dealing with and I always warned servers of them. I've ran into Luna and Callie more than the other two, and honestly Luna was really bad at pup killing. She didn't give any of these signs besides not talking, and she ended up trying to do the food trick and taking the pups to the river in front of us lmao
this was very helpful, i didn't know 'pup killers' were a thing but i have had run-ins with PK's that have ended my servers and the servers i've joined
I remember yesterday i encountered a pup killer, They didn’t speak or anything, they just joined and when they did we were on the journey already and they started taking the pups one by one and drowning them and the host wasn’t kicking them. Plus they had done it while most of us were chasing away a coyote and a bear. so they killed the pups while we were distracted 😢
Ive had an experience with a pup killer! I was the host of a game for raising pups. 3 other people joined. We hadn't chose a den nor started hunting. We all agreed on bison peak den except one player who raced for Aspen heights without stating their opinion. I didn't know this at the time, so I let them run. We all went to the hunting grounds for bison peak, but before I could choose the den, the other player had gotten to Aspen heights and chose the den. The other 2 players, unaware of this, believed I had chose the den and voted for it. I just went along with it and chose Aspen heights. I politely asked them why they went to Aspen heights, but they never responded. So I shrugged it off and me and the other players ran to Aspen heights. However before we could hunt one elk the player had already marked the territory, as we had no food for the pups. I told them to stop two times, and when pups came they said they didn't see. I believed them, which was my mistake. Me and the 2 players left the one player at the den to defend. Two of the pups mysteriously died at the den while that one player was there. I asked them what happened and they said they were getting food. I didn't kick them yet because I believed them. However, I saw the action when the third pup died. I pretended to leave for food as the others actually went to get food, leaving the player to defend the den. A cougar came to the den while the player had one pup in its mouth the player dropped the pup in front of the cougar and purposely backed up, letting the pup me killed, while the pup the player named was the only one remaining. I didn't act and I let it be again, because I am a shy person and didn't like being yelled at. During the journey, the one player always ran in front of us despite me and the others telling them to stop. At the river, the player fed the last pup, preventing us from picking it up. The player dropped the pup in the middle of the river purposely, however another player was beside them and grabbed the pup before it could drown. I booted the player after that. ( The one who tried to drown the pup, not the one that saved it xd.) and we made it to the rev site with one pup. 🖤I hope you enjoyed my story! 🖤
Idk if I act like a pup killer or not. Just hear this. I pick up a pup on the journey, and I go forward toward the river. I drop the pup (not in the river.) and I test the water. If that’s to deep, I run alongside it until I find the right place. And I don’t like people going ahead of me. I always say don’t take pups across river until I do, cuz I wanna find the correct spot and make sure nobody kills a pup. Sometimes people make a mistake and accidentally drown the pup cuz the pup goes in the water by its self. Or they run out of energy while they take pup across. Or they forget the shallow spot and it’s to deep and the pup drowns. Note:IM NOT A PUP KILLER NEITHER ARE MY FREINDS.
Two players joined my raise pups server. While the rest of us had headed out hunting, we left one of them to watch our pups. When we were heading back we saw them letting a coyote kill the pup. We eventually kicked them as they continued to let predators almost kill our pups. We eventually got to the journey part, so we had the other pup-killer (not known at the time) to find a safe route across the river. They had us cross the deepest part of the river, and assured me it was shallow when I got suspicious and thought it might be risky. They drowned one of our pups, Rook. When I asked them why, they said that Rook's name was stupid. I kicked them out of my server, and we finished with the remaining two pups.
I hate it when people mean to kill the pups, the person who did it to my game this one time never cared for the pups either, but ended up taking a pup away from me and the others when it was time to cross the river, and put it into the deep end to kill it. ._. After that I kicked them, but they still killed the pup... ;-;
I was doing a game at Bison. The only female wolf in the bunch had logged off so me and host were doing a dad squad run. About partway through the protect the den/feed the pups phase these two other people logged on and were acting weird. As soon as room host went AFK, they started grabbing pups and running for the river (smh). The funny thing is, the howl/feed method for keeping the pups from being picked up works against them too but I am only one person. Long story short, room owner came back in time to see what was happening, boot the trolls, and save our last two.
Sometimes I accidentally feed the pups while trying to pick them up but one time I noticed a packmate in a server I had joined kept picking up the pups and wandering away from the pack close to the river. I'd grab the pups every time they tried to take it to the river. They asked me to stop and I asked what they were trying to do. They didn't respond and the game said they left the server. I don't know if they were kicked out or if they really just left by themself. I think this person was trying to kill pups but idk.
Thank you so much for making this vid, i remember this time i joined a game while they were crossing as cricket, and someone accidentally drowned a pup, and i got punished for it and i got kicked. SMH, some people need to stop kicking without proof, again, ty
Omg thank you soo much! I have a friend that always “accidentally” drops pups in the river because of her stamina and she always acted weird and feed the pups trying to avoid me taking the pup now I know that my friend is a pup killer! Next time she’s in my server and she keeps on doing that I will kick her out
So basically when I was playing with my wolf Wendigo two people joined. One I think was called Amy and the other was Bear. Amy said that Bear was a pup killer (she wasn't) and Bear said it was her sister which we called Otter. So we started playing until when we were defending the pups Otter came on and said "Hi losers" and she also said for the coyote to kill the pups.So after two whole missions while getting to the river Otter came on and kept trying to pick up a pup and get to the river to drown them. Then flash forward to the river we had safely defended the pups by howling and feeding them when we were very close to the river. She picked up Chai (the pup I named) and drowned her. When she came back we decided to kick her just as Bear was about to get on. So ye.
@@CaptainWolfStudios I played the demo last night and I'll be buying the full game later today, it's super fun and while it took me a little while to get used to the controls, it's not too difficult or frustrating (which is what usually causes me to loose interest in a game). Thank you for introducing me to it!
@@capricornycacophony9764 Yeah no problem! Im really glad you like it! I also recommend going to the official WolfQuest channel and checking out the new version they're making of it. AMAZING graphics!
I actually managed to get a pup killer banned from WolfQuest. I was in a roleplay based pack and we often hosted a pack wide event called "Pup Rearing" where one of the female wolves would host a pup.raising server. Our alpha female was the pup killer and loved killing other people's pups if she wasn't hosting. I hosted a few times and each time i had the entire litter die due to her. The last time i hosted she tried it again, so i kicked her, and when she joined back i kicked her again. I then messaged the alpha male of the pack and he knew there were a lot of complaints and she got not only.booted from the pack but her account banned, i guess someone reported her to devs for pup murder.
I hate pup killers... I made a pup server when I bought the full game and I hadn't heard about pup killers before. The pup killer was smart enough to not do many of these, she/he just started drowning two of the pups when no one was looking/crossing with the other pups.I remember she/he named one of the pups something like 'Kill' or 'Blood'.
Had this happen twice to me on two different servers one person drowned the pups while we were moving and another kept moving the pups as far from the den as possible then leaving them. I kept an eye on the one who was moving them and I just kept retrieving them she finally gave up after I kept bothering her with the growl and dominant action 😅
Accidents happen, mistakes can be made. That's totally fine. Its the people who deliberately do it on purpose to ruin someone elses game. This particular video they brought the pup straight to the river *nowhere near appropriate crossing* and kept prohibiting other plays to pick up the pup by force feeding it so anyone carrying it would drop it. Meaning they knew what they were doing-- else they wouldn't have gone straight to the river and have tried to prevent other players from helping.
At one point there was this pup killer who killed all the pups and then acted like they were trying to do what they were supposed to. Luckily, one puppy named sausage was basically immortal and his name tag just disappeared afterwards. Can’t remember their name, but thanks a lot, bruh.🙄
I was playing once and I couldn't chat because of my device at the time and every time I tried to help with the pups I was accusee of trying to kill them. I know pup killers normally don't talk but at least try not to accuse everyone who doesn't talk in-game to be a pup killer-
Omggg this actually helped!! This has happened to me before where I had made a server and these 2 wolves were friends and they drowned the last two pups that were alive. At the den though, they were responsible for watching the pups, but every time a coyote or a bear came around, they did nothing about it, but said that they had tried protecting them. I’m sure they kept trolling other servers, killing their pups and then leaving immediately as that’s what they did on mine. Btw what software do you use?💞
I had a friend who turned into a pup killer. She always joined my games and tried to kill pups. One day I finally had enough of her and kicked her out of every game, and unfriended her.
I absolutely hate being charge of looking after the pups. I enjoy being the one getting food for said puppers. However, When I notice sketchy players I will honestly just become a big mamma bear
I've got Wolfquest 1, just the regular, and, idk if it was a glitch, but in Slough River, when i was trying to find a shallow spot, all of a sudden my mate picked up a puppy and ran, then crossed the river, left him there and came for another and another, two of my pups died of starvation though, and i still don't know if it was a glitch
Now I know what to look out for. Two were on my server and after crossing the river they kept taking the pups back to the river. I didn't know what was going on but the people in my game told me to kick them and told me they are trying to kill the pups so I did. The other one I noticed just after I kicked the first.
I remember on one of my first games(This was a while ago) Two wolves named blackkid(I can't really remember, but it was something close) and chineseboy7 came in and grabbed two of our pups. Luckily, two of the others managed to get the pups and give me enough time to kick. The same server, one of the people who saved the pups drowned one. I felt betrayed. Later, someone with the wolf name MOON came in on a diff server. Sunflower had drowned by accident already. MOON grabbed Dusty and drown him. Then they grabbed Bee II, and tried to drown him as well. I kicked them, but sadly Bee was dumped outside the map, so we had to wait with Violet for Bee to starve. I was legit crying.
Once I tried to take some wolf quest pictures that were supposed to look realisticish but people kept calling me a pup killer for moving the one pup so oof
Never heard of that. Outsiders will come in and kill pups but I've never heard of it being an inside job. Dominant members are usually the parents anyway
@@CaptainWolfStudios Yup. They'll kill pups that they don't approve of to reduce competition for their own. Or they will steal the pups away if there's enough to go around. It's quite complex.
Whenever I encountered a pup killer I would always remember their usernames, so that if they joined a future game I could warn the host to kick them. If it was a particularly complex username I would just write it down on a google doc. Whenever someone joined I would quickly scan over my list of names to ensure they weren’t there.
While I have been lucky enough only run into one pup killer, I show one sign of being one. (Trust me, I wouldn't want to kill the pups. They're so cute~) I stick ahead of the pack to scope out things. I don't intend on scaring the crap outta people when I do this, but Coyotes are very common when your heading towards the rev den, from my experience. (My wolf, Dawn, is from an old version of the game. See me and tell me you red this, I'll say hi back ^-^) Also, pup killers tend to have hunted more in the beginning, This is so that they can stuff themselves on food and 'feed' the pups to make you unable to hold them.
Once I made this cult-like server where we all had to be named "Sardine". When we had pups we named one "Not Sardine" and the rest "Sardine" and drowned the one named "Not Sardine" as part of a ritual. That server was confusing as heck, no one knew who the leader Sardine was.
There was this person in my game called “suicidalpup” they acted unusual guilt tripping my friends as well. I wasn’t host so I could do nothing except growl and try to stay at the den most of the time to protect them. THen the journey they took a random pup and started running from everyone else just staying in front of everyone. Everything was fine but then at the river they took a pup and ran thankfully I fed the pup so it could be dropped but they tried again and drowned everyone else thought it was an accident and we continue on. They did that glitch where you could carry more than one pup and not lose stamina. So they took 2 more and drowned them both. The host was really sorry for not kicking them earlier. Then I was the host this time and we were playing our normal game then suicidalpup comes along again and grabs another pup. They ran out of stamina and I immediately kicked them. Thankfully all the pups survived and we were on bring it on :0
This was a great video! Sometimes I would have people join my room and I can tell based off what they say that their gonna do some dumb shit. Like they'll say racist stuff or joke, and when it's time to move the puppies they'll try to grab one and run off away from everyone else. But to be honest, I kind of forgot about the kick option
I think this happened to me today almost some dude took a pup and said you could do some sort of glitch across the river I told him to come back and he didn't so I banned him.I was fair because he did not respond to me when I told him to stop nor did he ask me at all.
I don't play Wolf Quest, but for a game based on raising pups, one has to be a special level of sick to try so hard to kill one. Like I wouldn't want to leave them alone in the real world with a fully grown dog. If you think about it video games show you what you are like without real world limitations and repercussions... These 'pup killers' could have some serious issues out of game and could be the next animal abusers on the news. Note I'm not saying games cause these issues, and I'm not saying every 'pup killer' is a potential real world killer, but it does show a lack of empathy in a person. And the more twisted ones might bring it to reality. In a way I pitty them, and recommend they get help...
I once found somebody (since I use the secret den at Slough Creek near Bison Peak) that picked up one of the pups to go drown it. Needless to say, they didn't get halfway to the river before I noticed and kicked them X3
Once when I made a pup server this guy came on talking about ways to kill pups, i waited to see if he would make more jokes and he did. So I kicked him and the other people on the server said that was a good idea cause he could’ve actually killed the pups when on the journey.
Once this happend but the pups where not even new born, they where two of the P.Ks and right when the pups where born they took them to the river, one by one, when i tried to take the pup back but it didnt work. When only luna was left i took her and ran away. They found me and starting talking her to the river, but i had enough and gave them a warning, they didnt litsen so i banned them.
I’ve had one before :/ Ended up with 2 pups left in 2 minutes, I ended up leaving the game and never coming back, hoping the other pups, Luther and Luna made it.
I love servers where you actually can be a pup-killer. I make the server, I call it "PackVsLonePupEdition" its fun because you have to protect the pups from lone wolves (pup-killers) there are only one or two, though. Its fun, but some people don't get what's going on and rage quit. Never had a real pup-killer though
Please remember, its against the rules of WolfQuest to join a game and intentionally drown pups to disrupt cooperative gameplay. If you wish to drown pups, make sure you are hosting a game or joining a game clearly labeled as such (PupKillers, BadParents, DrownPups, etc). For more information of rules regarding pup drowning, please visit: support.wolfquest.org/help/cooperative-vs-competitive-pup-raising

"My old wolf doesn't have time for trolls and neither do I." Haha I love that!
I remember playing it when it first came out as a kid and telling my grade 10 geography teacher about it (we were studying the introduction of wolves to Yellowstone at the time)
I've noticed pup killers tend not to talk very much sometimes not at all
I've noticed that.
WarriorCat Tiger
It happens to everyone, it even happened to me. Tends to happen when people have low stamina but don’t blame yourself for it
Fred Wulf they do that to distract players and put all the attention on them so they have a better chance of killing the pup
I usually just warn other players that I will not be talking much so I could just focus better as well ^^; I don’t want them to think I’m a pup killer ;w;
@@lpsgirlanimations3974 yes
Safia L. We are talking about people who purposely do these things. This video wasn't about accidents.
Nice story! It was really fun reading it ❤️🐺
So the pup named "Killer" was the pup killer's favorite pup so he lived?
Excellent advice!!
Well, what if they never said anything in the chat? How does the report work now?
Er....so were you?
👌
lovely lizzie that is actually what a real wolf would do. pup dies keep going its life. Great job
Sierra Faith i would never ever support a pup killer it just ruins the whole point of the game sorry if it did sound sarcastic but wolves really are never seen grieving after a pups death its super rare
Sierra Faith agreed
Thanks so much for posting this
look at the comment above yours.. another wolf named callie did that.
@@james.235 Yeah. What if they're the same person...?
WERE YOU IN THE SAME GAME AS BLOOD BE SPLIT!? EDIT: I read their comment, the answer is no.
@@grasshoppy8624 Thats possible, but yet again I'm not sure. The pup server was called Nightpups or Shadowpups (I think. I'm not entirely sure oof)
IT IS HILARIOUS TO KILL PUPS HAHA ITS SO FUNNY AND FUN😂😂
It baffles me that people would intentionally kill pups when the whole point of the game is to keep them alive! I hadn't heard of this sort of thing before, so I'm glad I came across this video.
There are people who kill pups and ruin the fun on purpose?? That's incredibly rude and just awful :[ People are playing to have fun, it's disrespectful to try to disrupt the peace
i would do the same thing
Remember to use this logic for other trolls.
Eh
Yes, I'd like to just have no trolls like that, so that I could play the game without even having to talk. Just have everybody do what needs to be done to care for the pups. That would be better.
and a bad sign if some user counts pup killing "fun"...psychopath stuff
People are really out here trolling people in WQ by murdering pups? I didn't even know this was a thing.

at first i laughed and didn't think there would be a need for a video like this, but i've been proven wrong! it's actually very observational and helpful if you want to do a serious multiplayer session or an all pup run. one thing i've noticed from two pup killers i've seen and am highly aware of (they've been in several servers i've either started or joined) is that they don't speak at all or respond to commands, sometimes they just take pups before the journey starts and head to the river. i've warned them to stop but they ignore the chat, even from other players - they were intervened before any pups were harmed in the servers where i'm admin, and i've had to kick them because they would not stop trying to drown the pups, even after the pups were returned to the den.
if you make pup raising servers, make sure to pay attention! its really annoying for completionists like me when jerks like pup killers come in to spoil the whole game
edit; here's a tip to save a pup if you can't make it in time to stop the pup killer from dropping it in the river - feed it, then quickly bring it across the river whichever way is shortest, the pup will survive for a few more seconds - but be QUICK!
That's a good tip! It sounds like a few people have also mentioned sometimes they don't say anything either!
It’s crazy what people do online, you had a lucky brake. I give virtual pats. Pat pat
oh im so sorry it wasnt intentional i didnt do them Cuz Im NOT a pup killer i was loserwulf and i forgot about the energy thing and dropped it and i was laggy and i couldent get to it in time and it died...I clerly remember it being Loserwulf NOT ogre..Offencive

Thank you so much for your kind words :D Im really glad I got back into making videos, and I will definitely be doing more from here!

CaptainWolfStudios I agree. Though I have once killed a pup on accident and I apologized like 3 times cause I felt so bad.
This happened to me a couple times
Here is one
So I was playing in a PRIVATE SERVER with 6 of my friends and I.
Ur almost done anyway”
So when the pups were full, we got to the river, and then Jerry took bus, Babby took Ginger and ‘Le Stranger’ (first wolf) took one of my friends pup named LilKish, and they started to drown them all.
Good advice

Edit: Now I just realized that mobile players that don't want to kill the poor little pups (but lags super much) have to stress more because one little mess up a pup is dead T^T.

I have never been able to experience the 2.0 version of the game, but I am happy I have this warning now! Thank you and keep up the great work.
No problem Im glad it helped! ^^
Omg I never knew there were pup killers in WQ (I don't play multiplayer much), ty so much for warning me. That's just sick :/
Man I wish I found this sooner 😭
My experience with pup killers
It's been like 2-3 years, so this may not be accurate. I did my best and my suspicious nature saved 2 pups :)
I hope you enjoyed my story.
They killed all my pups via drowning them, despite my efforts to make them stop
Being a player since 2.5 there used to not be a kick option.
Hahaha I was a player since early 2008! So I feel ya!
I hate that people even think something like this is worth their time.
Right? I agree
That sounds like a tricky situation. Not being able to warn anyone because of phrase chat, but being stuck with a pup killer.
Maybe one is a secret pup-killer and the other's have to protect the pups and find out who the pup-killer is.
ohh that would make for interesting game play!
CaptainWolfStudios that seem to be a somewhat similar to a game of Murder game on Gmod or VRchat, where there 1 detective, bunch of bystanders and 1 or 2 murderers pretending to be bystander
Like murder mystery the game
Another tip.
If they are feeding the pup to prevent you from picking it up. Troll 'em back. When she/he picks it up, feed it. But you don't have to feed it a lot. Just hit f and back off. Then pick up the pup. Might be a battle but It could have saved you time to kick her/him. XD
But the feed battle is fun, just feed It out of each other's mouths.
That's a really tip!
I always wished they allowed you to fight off other players especially when playing Survival Mode.
Yesss!!
Wow! This was actually very helpful, would love to see more videos of this
Ive had an experience with a pup killer!
That'd make a cool book lol
WAIT PEOPLE ACTUALLY HAVE A SOUL SO DARK THEY KILL THE PUPS IN WOLFQUEST?!?!?!
HOW. look at those cinnamon rolls, that they had to raise
TheLittleDragon, someone’s overeating.
I hate it when people mean to kill the pups, the person who did it to my game this one time never cared for the pups either, but ended up taking a pup away from me and the others when it was time to cross the river, and put it into the deep end to kill it. ._. After that I kicked them, but they still killed the pup... ;-;
thank you for this I've spotted it many times and save pups even though I wasn't a host
Yeah accidents happen with feeding, but if someone CONTINUES to do it over and over, its not a mistake
Next time she’s in my server and she keeps on doing that I will kick her out
Luckily u knew what was going on and saved that innocent pup thx for the tips of spotting a pup-killer I might look out for it 😁
no problem!
That’s crazy, I try to join multiplayer games but I always end up being ignored lol oh well it’s fine the single player games are just as fun.
So ye.
I had never heard of this game, but it looks really interesting!
I'll be checking it out thanks to you.
Haha I hope you enjoy! Get it before WolfQuest 3 comes out so the price doesnt go up for you!
Wait... THIS GAVE ME A GREAT IDEA FOR A HORROR STORY!... AND when I make it, I'll let you know.
Yes I think you will make a great story
It's been a year...
Where's that story?
@@Hotaruflash I'll admit, I forgot this comment existed.
I have never heard of this game before, looks fun!
I think anniversary addition is better
everyone has had an incedent when they accidentaly kill a pup, but when someone brings them to the river too soon you kick them
Accidents happen, mistakes can be made.
Can’t remember their name, but thanks a lot, bruh.🙄
i make vids of pup killing
Interesting to see it in this game. Infanticide is not uncommon in wolf packs, either by dominant members or by estranged members.
If you’re watching this Lexie, I hope you’re happy. YOU KILLED DEMOPE
RIP DEMOPE 2k19
Episode 8 of why is this in my recommended
HAA what kind of weird things have you been watching??
See me and tell me you red this, I'll say hi back ^-^)
Also, pup killers tend to have hunted more in the beginning, This is so that they can stuff themselves on food and 'feed' the pups to make you unable to hold them.
Thankfully all the pups survived and we were on bring it on :0
I do the glitch to save the pups and make the journey easier. Wow, glitches have so much evil potential.. *facepalm*
ive never heard of this. thx for spreading awareness about these trolls who ruin others fun for shits and giggles
Kain Hearth im no pup killer but im pretty sure that thats not true
I once found somebody (since I use the secret den at Slough Creek near Bison Peak) that picked up one of the pups to go drown it. Needless to say, they didn't get halfway to the river before I noticed and kicked them X3
got one for wq3?
Once when I made a pup server this guy came on talking about ways to kill pups, i waited to see if he would make more jokes and he did. So I kicked him and the other people on the server said that was a good idea cause he could’ve actually killed the pups when on the journey.
Especially if they're talking about behavior like that, that's not exactly friendly talk either.
I’ve had one before :/
Ended up with 2 pups left in 2 minutes, I ended up leaving the game and never coming back, hoping the other pups, Luther and Luna made it.
Omg I never realized, in my servers that’s happened so many times before, but omg thx so much I can save my pups lives XD
