Love the store. I buy a lot of there paints for miniatures, games and such. My wife buys Pops. I'm kids buy games and pokimon cards. They literal have it all and they are fairly priced. They offer better trade value than GameStop. Its always busy every time I go in there after work. They will be there for a long time because they serve a need in our town.
The best staff hands down. We are not just customers. We see then at a lot of the local collector cons and they always recognize us and are super friendly.
I notice you are deleting comments that have negative opinions. When did it become controversial to say something was priced 2-3 times higher than eBay? Not allowing genuine complaints to remain posted makes this feel like a paid promotion, and as the previous commenter said, disingenuous to the viewer.
Then we’ll just have to let this comment stand in its place. There’s a lot you can say about staff, inventory, or the sense of community, but the prices cannot be defended. Action figures are priced greater than graded counter parts. Video games priced closer to sealed condition. I’ve visited the store on several occasions with intentions to buy, but can’t justify any purchase due to unrealistic prices.
I think the guy who left the comment and then deleted it also has a video where he bought something for $1 and sold it for $80. Prices can be defended. Just can't be defended by those buying who don't understand how stores work.
@@ToyAttics what does that have to do with literally anything? And if prices can be defended, then defend them. What did you buy from the store? How did you justify paying double what the items are listed for on eBay? I understand overhead and rent, just as I’m sure the other guy does. To me, that would be incentive to price competitively and sell. For example: those turtles in the case have been there for over a year, how does an overly inflated price keep the lights on if the product doesn’t move?
Who's been to Gamers Alley? Who wants to go?!
Love that place

How does getting on here and spewing a bunch of nonsense get you anything you want in life?
