  • Over the past three years, alongside my co-founder Rafael M, and our amazing team, we’ve been on a mission to introduce Tepache, a traditional Mexican beverage, to the US. It’s been an incredible journey of learning and innovation.
    Since my last update in October 2022, we’ve achieved significant milestones: nationwide availability at Walmart, Target and expansion into Natural Grocers, Albertsons/VONS/Pavillions, select King Soopers, Fred Meyer, and Ralphs Grocery Company stores, and still massive support from Whole Foods Market.
    Our Tepache is more than we initially thought-it’s the next generation of Mexican soda. With its low sugar content, high vitamin C, and organic certification, Tepache offers a modern, healthier alternative to traditional high-sugar sodas.
    Our new messaging, Modern Mexican Soda, reflects this evolution. In a few short weeks, you will start to see our new can designs on shelves that will feature bold, vibrant artwork that tells Tepache’s story.
    We’re also reducing our can prices to make this craft fermented soda accessible to more people.
