Those drops in game 1 were insane. Not only there were so many claws but also agi tomes. And yeah, the second guy was so creative, too bad for that he faced a former world champion 😂
This is great. I'm back 2 warcraft after 20 years thanks to your videos and this "tutorial" is gold. I think a lot of players like me, who want to try wc3 because of ur videos, need this kind of games, where u show basics, even like "this is good to attack-move only" or "i got this on control Group 1 and this on control Group 2". I hope u will continue to produce this "training games" with diffrent strategies and maybe with changes to strategy depending what race and strategy opponent uses by himself. Thx again

I started playing WC3 again after 20 years. Last time I played I was 9 years old.
I learn basics every day from your videos and practice against AI normal. Sometimes I even lose against it :D My APM is like 40-50 on a good day :) I can't use the mouse very well and I usually press wrong hotkeys like 4 times before I find the right one :D
When I get handle of the game a little bit I am gonna start my own Bronze journey. I'd like to encourage as many people as possible to also start playing even if you are slow like I am. Let's add some newbies to the game. I want to compare my skills with equal enemies :D
You got me THIS close to buying a copy of Warcraft 3 ... =D Damn I played this is a boy back when it was first released... :)
You can still find your old CD key copy and slap it to your account.
You can still download and play for free. You only have to pay for the shifty reforged graphics that we don't use anyway.

I really appreciate the break downs. Your normal videos are harder to mimic so this is great.

Another key part of this build is getting 3 different Claw drops on Blade before 8 minutes :)

For the last few days I am thinking about buying reforged. I used to play warcraft 20 years ago so it feels so nostalgic to watch this game while it looks exactly the same. I never used to realize how hard is it to play this game so effectively so it feels way too challenging for me :D
Just play. You will lose so much but it will be fun. I used to be ladder ranked back in 2004. I lose so much lol.
Reforged is great if you want a visual upgrade.
I Grubby is playing with classic graphics, which is also an option.
If you still have the old version, you can find ways to connect to private servers and play, but it requires some modifying of the WC3 ini files because it will immediately try to update to Reforged.
I bought it a week ago, to take a trip down memory lane. First game, lost against a normal computer haha. It feels way harder than I remembered, but also I need to customise shortcuts, that’ll help.
There's way many more noobs than pro, I'm noob, we play withe each other in bronze. Don't worry.
If your cd keys are attached to blizzard account, you don't need reforged to play
Watching this makes me realize how important knowing creep camps is. Grubby arrives at enemy base with claws and a mantle, bronzie arrives at enemy base later, having taken more damage, with 2x cloak of shadows. Knowing how to clear camps, what camps you can clear, and knowing what they can drop is actually a decently large part of these builds.
Yes but drops are random, the rest of your comment is correct and a good reflection. Grubby got lucky with the item drops
@@garagavia Random within a possible subset of items tho. Some camps drop small consumables, some big consumables, some actual items, some aura items etc.
high chance that all the Bronze League orcs that watch grubby will probably jump up in rank after this

I have been trying a bunch of methods I like the way your play and your beginning guides really help I use to play this back when I was a younger guy lol before World of Warcraft came out and have been playing again and using your methods to help get back into the flow of the game it's hard but a fun struggle
When the enemy comes into grubby base at the beginning of the season, Skyrim fight music plays in their computer room, over the speaker, you hear “you never should have come here”
20 years old game and grubby still manage to make it 8nt3resting, or did bliz do such a real good job back then? I guess its both

Thanks for another great tutorial. Your videos have helped a lot. Picked up wc3 after 22 years and I only played casual as pve so far. Although I really like orcs, every time I get in mid game I loose all my units in the first 1-2 attacks and have to rebuild, which sets me back a lot. In fact I think I only won a couple of games with orc. Since my micro sucks badly, I usually rush t3 and high hp units, but this strat seems to simply not work for my orc game and I don't know how I can improve it

10:31 Comparitively do you think buying a shredder (if given the option) is better here than training more peons for more lumber income? Or would be peons be better since you can swap them to gold incase of another expansion after your first and having the availability to construct buildings?

Only on big maps with secure naturals.
@@horsemumbler1 I think opening barracks for multiple grunts is the best in that case. You can creep fast take expansion and even tech up in reasonable time if you do so

He uses classic cause he is an old school pro, but for a more modern setup there is a great guide online on how to set them up

Why did you sell armor and helm of valor on TC? But you kept the wand of the wind for 6 seconds of total air time for enemy hero. If a bronze player sees this he might do that aswell, but it's terrible because armor and helm give you stats. You get away with it because you are former world champion, but not bronze players.
The tutorial for the first game is completly invalidated by the op drops, totally unrealistic.

he is trying to teach the noobs... noble effort but futile. There are guys who have 1.000 victories and 7.500 loses. They never learn, they dont want to learn, they thing their way is the best but somehow they always get tricked to lose.
