  • Vitamin D is a very important vitamin which our body needs and one of most important task which vitamin d performs in our Body is that it makes our muscles and bone strong especially bones.
    Vitamin D insufficiency is when level of blood vitamin d drops to less than 20 ng/ml but is higher than 12 ng/ml & vitamin d deficiency is when it's level is even less than 12 ng/ml.
    In Children vitamin d deficiency leads to a condition called rickets in which children have problems with their bones and try to sit for longer period of time and avoid walking oftenly.
    In adults deficiency of vitamin d leads to a condition called osteomalacia wherein the suffered person complains of body aches,muscle pain and bone pain.
    There are different doses for each age category to remove and prevent deficiency of vitamin d.

    سر جی وٹامن ڈی کے ساتھ وٹامن کےٹو ضروری ے یا اکیلے وٹامن ڈی لے سکتے ہیں کیونکہ عرب ممالک میں کے ٹو وٹامن نہیں ملتا اور اکثر لوگ کہتے ہیں وٹامن ڈی کے ساتھ وٹامن کے نہ لیں تو وٹامن ڈی نقصان دیتی ہے
