thank you, Stas. I really identify with what you spoke about. Two months ago I looked in the mirror and got really angry. The same week a good friend of mine with a young family had a stroke. I realized that nothing I went through in losing weight would be worse than the absolute hell his recovery has been. I went whole hog: calorie restriction, NO sugar/alcohol, 16:8 intermittent fasting, working out in gym 2 to 3 hours a day six days a week. I have made it my total priority. The results have been fantastic. 40 pounds loss in 60 days. Blood pressure down from 138/96 to 114/75! I’m halfway there, but I’m tired and beat up. I like what you said about “shooting for the stars”. That thinking really helped get me here. (I aim for James Bond 😂).I really feel like a skinny person in a fat person’s body and then I get angry at myself again and push harder. good luck on your journey mate. Thanks for the inspiration when I needed it.
Wow, that’s a seriously impressive result, 40 pounds in 60 days is massive! That is very-very cool and inspirational! All the best of luck with your remaining half of the plan :) And thanks a lot for your feedback ))
Hi, this is a comment from Japan. I had a similar aversion, so I recently started cycling and exercising. Aim for a healthy body by reducing unnecessary fat. Your words are very heavy. When I feel like I'm giving up on exercising, I think I'll watch this video over and over again. thank you🙌
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I am glad that the video was helpful! Keep it up!!! It takes a crazy amount of effort to embark on this journey, so you are already past the hardest part! Greeting from London, Stas
…and be aware of the beauty of the human life-form, the ability to adapt to new situations, like yours in your journey to be in its best shape within your limits. Love yourself mate.
Maybe a medical check up prior to starting any drastic changes is advisable and folliw ups with a nutritionist. Body builders have a predisposition for building up muscle mass.
Yeah, I was almost at the point of reciting some lines from the code of the Sith or cracking a joke, that I sounded almost like Darth Sidious during that chunk of a video :) But hey, he was a ruler of a huge chunk of the galaxy, so probably knew a thing or two about motivation and discipline :)

Very good point on medical checks, thanks for flagging!
Luke, don’t give in to anger. That leads to the dark side.
