The ancients used to leave a leg off the scarab beetle symbol on the sarcophagus lid for fear that anyone who could pronounce(sound) the glyphs would cause the symbol to come to life and leave the story of the mans life. They were trying to tell us about the power of vibrations. Thank you for your Divine Vibrations, they come threw you to us all. I am a Native American Indian, we were willing slaves as well, before THEY got here.
Life is a desert without this kind of music. As an American it causes a feeling of crying inside me, but I can tell it is healing me at the same time. My life is changed thanks be to ALLA and the ORIENTALS.
The beauty of this music lies in the perfect projection of the artist's emotional depth. Often, artists (especially in Western style music, in my humble opinion) focus excessively on technique at the expense of emotional content. After all is said, for me it is quality and beauty more than quantity or mere speed that define music. Thank you Mr. Jawadi for sharing your universe and expanding mine in the process.
But now I have to say: yes the Oriental emotion is something else and that's why many Western visitors are looking for that and like it so much, and I tried that my self by playing emotion movements such as this to Western listeners and they love it so much, it touches the feelings immediately and still I don't know how they feel that; it is so far from their tradition. All my love Ahmad Al-Jawadi
I looked for Sufi music and found this video. It is just wonderful and I already sent to many friends that love music. Very, very beautiful, it touches the heart, just like the Sufi Message does. شكرا

the blue colour in the vid let feel the mood, when the "Blue hour" is comming, the time between day and night. It is a kind of sad feeling, but the sufi prayer melody also let forget me to be afraid. I am astonished about this, but that is the secret of this composition. And it is more than a welldone violin playing. God bless You. thank You.
Sir, Really thank you for your very beautiful comment, Im very happy that you liked my work, Wish you have a nice weekend, My best regards, Ahmad Al-Jawadi

Thank you for the pretty words you wrote and lovely comment. About the Violin, yes it's really difficult instrument but in my opinion and my long experience there is nothing impossible, I had many students how started with me in old ages and many of them now are professionals, the best thing is to try for a few months and please you have to choose a good teacher with long experience and then see what will happen. Best wishes and good luck with the violin. Ahmad
I adore this piece, I grew up on Arabic music though I am cuban. you play so beautifully and wholeheartedly. I wish I had tis piece so I could play it over and over =]. beautiful playing!
Haunting. Alone in the desert, watching the rise of the sun across endless dunes. A warrior watches, a hand resting on his blade, keeping vigil for the dead. Friends lost, friends found, but for the blessing of Allah, he stands and does his duty - and but for Allah, he does not leave a weeping mother and sobbing father, that he may come home, and once again return to his studies, and to a life of peace.
Thank you so much, Love this piece, being a violin student , always a pleasure to hear different genres of violin music. great that you have shown the violinist too...
