Best thing to do when you sitting out windy days is to clean the hull. Wont notice any wind when you under the boat scrubbing away. A tear or torn muscle can be worst then a broken bone.

Hey guys nice video skip Jacks are good eating but you have to bleed them really good a knife into the gills then attach a rope to them and stick them right in the water let him bleed out all the blood then right away after about 5 minutes you want to get them on ice so you want to clean them and get ice into the cavity of the body of the fish and get the temperature down I recommend that for tuna also skip Jack is a tuna but people don't like it very much because usually people don't bleed it you should bleed all tuna. Also what's a wonderful fish Bonita but you have to bleed the Bonita if you bleed the Bonita immediately get it on ice after about 3 minutes and clean it fast and keep it cold it's one of the best sushi or sashimi you'll ever have also I recommend in the sea of Cortez getting a cast net with dime size holes in the purse because at night you can turn on your underwater lights and call up squid and large shrimp and with a cast net you can cast that nut into them and bring up a huge thing of fresh shrimp thought you want to know. Also deep water about 150 to 200 ft there's Sierra wonderful eating fish. Also around the rocks at about 30 ft is the rock scallop they're huge and they are wonderful eating and if you take them after you've taken the meat out of it bleach the shell and then with JB Weld he can lock the shell in the open position and they're wonderful gifts I've given them to people at Christmas and they it's one of the best things I've ever I've ever given to people and remember it for years have a nice one

I'm scared of getting food poisoning from heated sour cream. I'd rather have it fresh and cold because I've gotten sick from it several times and didn't know why I was getting sick till after about fifteen years or so. I'd love to see all the South Pacific islands and also sail around South America. I bet you will sail down to Ecuador and then cross the Pacific. Stopping at all the islands you can along the way. That's the way I would go anyways.
I use cottage cheese in place of Ricotta, just proves I have no Italian liniage in my background. Arians should come up with a different name for their dishes.
