Iphone drink
I have 4 bottles of olive now. Wtf they're not really expensive here.
both coffee and olive oil are historical constipation remedies, this was bound to happen 😂
You mean laxative
Same thing
@@-SendhaNamak no they were right. A remedy for constipation is the same thing as a laxative
Facts. My mom used to make me take spoonfuls if it 🙁
@@lovememoreeeee got it
This is gonna end up being a trend to try just like pilk 💀
pilk??
@@auxsyc pepsi mixed with milk
Wait …. Should I try that???
@@heyitshoneysuckle yess
@@heyitshoneysuckle TOTALLY. There are so many mixed reviews but tbh in my opinion I like Pepsi and milk separately but together just kind of...no. But you should def try it.
😂 actually a warm glass of milk with a tablespoon of olive oil can work as a laxative. So if someone has constipation 😂 they can use it for their stomach issues.
but coffee didnt help if they have constipation so its a mix where u can either soothe their stomach or other way round
im sad idk whats up with coffee but i get constipated everytime im drinking it. idk if its the caffeine or im just lactose intolerant (but i drink milk eat cheese etc smtimes and im fine so idk)
@@Simone-zb2bk bcuz caffeine can cause u dehydration..which is why its bad for people who have constipation cuz they need to stay hydrated to get better
@@Simone-zb2bk then its not lactose intolerance. That doesnt give you constipation, it does the exact opposite. Maybe re-evalue what you eat. Too much fiber causes constipation.
@@Simone-zb2bk I did heat sometime ago that some people get constipated after drinking coffee, Idk if it's true or if it's only a few people that experience it but it may be what you're facing
starbucks gonna charge $10 for unlimited bathroom passes after serving this
They GONNA
underrated😂😂
So, it's a Starbucks laxative. Literally all those things can make you poop, coffee especially x3
I drink so much coffee but I almost never poop 💔😭💔
"It hasn't released in my area yet"
God is giving you a sign, and that sign is "girl please I'm trying to save you from this nasty mess"
The problem with adding olive oil is that most non dairy milks like oat milk, including the oat milk used at Starbucks, already have oils added to it. It makes it creamier and frothier. If it didn’t have added oils it would just be water and oats yk, however, many of the oils added are either solid or at least much thicker at room temperature, sort of to add to the resemblance to dairy milk and cream because that has fats in it naturally that do the same thing, which is why half and half or heavy cream often separates when at rest. So you’re adding oil to something that already has oil and it’s not an oil that typically mixes well flavor and texture wise with the drink. If you want to add oil like this to non dairy milk, I would suggest adding coconut oil or another oil that’s solid at room temperature and then froth it or whip it to make non dairy whipped cream or cold foam. Granted, if you like it, you like it, but if not, that’s probably why lol (disclaimer I’m not a food scientist or anything, I just do a lot of research and experimenting with non dairy products)
you're right but I just want to add that oat milk does not _have_ to have oil added to be considered oat milk. most at home oat milk recipes are just oats and water blended, and additives like salt, sugar, and vanilla are optional. I've never seen a recipe that included oil, though I know that most companies add it.
And a lot of non dairy milks like cashew and coconut already contain natural fats, so they don't need oils added, but oat milk is not one that contains fat naturally.
@@2GoatsInATrenchCoat yeah, I agree, just meant that since most of the oat milk people would be using would be store bought, and thus would likely include added fats/oils, it’s something to think about when adding oil to the drink. A lot of homemade recipes don’t include the oils, some even add cashews to the oats instead, (which is what I’ve done bc I hate coconut lol) but yeah it’s still technically oat milk without them, just certainly isn’t what I believe most people would be using
I live for comments like this. Thank you for sharing your knowledge

I love frothing coconut cream + some vanilla extract and some sugar for my coffee, it’s sooooo so good.

I give it a- 1 hour later- never mind, 1 outta 10 😂😂😂
That’ll be the new weight loss drink.
Oil probably has the same amount of calories as any milk lol, just with a worse flavor
@@blehgrossmylife5067I think they meant the diarrhea it causes for the weight loss
@@SakuChan139612 there's much better tasting and more effective laxatives out there if anyone really wants to empty their bowels and lose "weight"
@@blehgrossmylife5067 also olive oil is very healthy. Genius Foods stated from clinical trials you can ingest up to a liter a week.
Bulimia jokes are funny?
HI! I work at a Starbucks in Seattle where it currently is being served, it’s with a specific type of olive oil, and we have a hot oat milk latte with it steamed into the foam, shaken espresso with toffee nut, and a cold brew with the oil in the foam, it is going to be a permanent part of the Starbucks menu (unfortunately)
Why “unfortunately”? Do you not like the taste? Or you mean unfortunately for the OP?
@@ShailaBano "Unfortunately" because it might make you sick for the whole day. It debuted in Italy some months ago and a lot of people like myself experienced stomachache and having to go to the bathroom multiple times after drinking it. Starbucks staff confirmed and warned about it online as well. Turns out caffeine + olive oil is a strong laxative.
The taste and concept was definitely interesting and fun to try, but not even worth it if those are the side effects. How they didn't test it before releasing it, or did but decided it was okay to release it is beyond me.
Olive oil coffee just sounds like the most American thing I've ever heard
I- I appreciate your guts and taste buds for actually surviving cuz' I feel like puking just seeing you put olive oil in there
My mom puts olive oil in her coffee, she says it tastes good. but everybody's different
i tried this on the Starbucks Reserve in Chicago and asked the barista about it at the end, and she said they also add an orange peel when they shake it, and to rim the edge of the glass with another peel before serving. so it might be worth the try!
Disclaimer my friend is a Starbucks barista and she said that some people have been claiming that this drink can cause a little bit of explosive diarrhea. Idk if that's 100% true (plus some people can't handle too much coffee in one sitting)

Starbucks partnered with a fancy olive oil company from Italy (forgot their name) so they got a loooot of olive oil now, im not surprised they started coming up with new recipes to use it. They are even selling the olive oils at their locations.
The funny thing is olive oil has been used as a natural laxative for YEARS adding that to coffee is just another name for “poop potion”😊
I was going to comment, that if I tried it, I would be puking it out in an hour...and Voila!😂

You are always in my top recommendations
That will clear out your insides FAST!
Make sure you’re near a bathroom xD
Boycott Starbucks
babes this vid is from 7-8 months ago
online activism doesnt do anything btw
NOW THE KETOS ARE MESSING WITH OUR COFFEEE?!!!!!
Boycott Starbucks!!!!
My italian soul just died the second she said “olive oil” next to coffee 💀💀
my Starbucks gave me a sample and I felt like I just drank a cup of olive oil would never recommend 😭😭
this is literally nara smith’s pregnancy craving ice cream, except it’s coffee.
If you get their blonde espresso, there's no bitterness, and it has more caffeine. It's really smooth.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil is good for you but I definitely don’t recommend mixing it with coffee 💀
I’m Moroccan and therefore firmly believe in putting olive oil on everything. Never heard of this one before though, but definitely willing to try it!
Lmao YOU ALREADY KNOWWW YESSSS literally same we put that shit in everything HAPPILY & I love the judgment when I pull out my lil bottle in public LMFAO bc I also rlly don’t come off as Moroccan sadly ANYWHORE 😚 Yk that Moroccan Argan oil hit different THOOOO 😭😭😭 my dad made a tomato, spicy pepper, onion salad & he put that shiiii on bro I wanted to grab that shit & run
in the moment you said olive oil all I could think about is the consequence
and hopefully you mentioned it in the video 😂
Bro they should call it the “try not to shit yourself challenge” 💀
You know if you add a lot of salt to your coffee its gonna make you puke
oli London entered the chat ☠️💀
That should be illegal 😭
Bro next Starbucks new drink will be 1 inch of milk and 99 percent of olive oil😂
Starbucks will release a new drink called dehydrated piss water.
It kinda Is like you're making Mayo 😂😂 It Just Needs a yolk and a bit of vinegar
I felt that last review. Hit close to home 😂
Girl just added a ⅓ of the cofee and just added ⅔ of ICE
Well, at least she made it just like Starbucks
Adding the olive oil and salt to coffee?! It’s becoming more of a salad 😅
I work at starbucks... my location just discontinued raspberry syrup... for olive oil... I cant-
„Uh nice and green“
The food in my room after 2 months
It will be new recipe of salad dressing lol😂
Aint no way bruh💀
I think they should stay away from the olive oil. See think of oil as a lubricant for your digestion. When you combine with something that already gives you diarrhea your stomach pretty much looses all the grip and you will have the ultimate loose stools. And because your stools will be super loose it makes it harder to not shit yourself. Yeah coffe doesnt need a lube.
my sister takes this drink without the coffee with honey for her gut
they be doing the most now because how do you even come up with that 💀
I understand why the olive oil. I don’t feel the need to try it but I can wrap my brain around it.
Literally me every time I have coffee
That end piece though 😭
If you use an actual immersion blender it’ll cut that oily film down to almost nothing and keep it mixed even if you’re a slow sipper. Try using one when you make an oil based salad dressing… keeps it mixed without having to shake it constantly. It’s one of my favorite kitchen tools 🙂
Not olive oil but if it was MCT I would totally do that
You crack me in the end 😂😂😂 sorry..
HAHAHAH for science class I actually had to read an article on this drink and it said it gave lot of people the runs😅
The bathroom is the point that’s actually good.
this would be added to my list of things that I will only congest if I was near a clean toilet
i would jump in a volcano rather than saying “shakity shake” before shaking my drink
O God both olive oil and coffee have hot internal properties... Now you know😅😅😅😅
Everytime I have an intense stomachache, I add salt to my coffee that acts as a laxative 😂 seriously like I know salt helps to volume the taste but it has consequences effect
SO RELATABLE! I literally can't drink any coffee for this very reason 😭
I love these.
Sorry you got sick, but thank you for the tip
All the Italians looking on in horror at this drink 😮😅😂
I’ve tried it and it was actually good. I was a little nervous but it didn’t disappoint
Usually in medico it's called enema😅😅😅
So...... DRAMATIC
in the score of 1 as lowest, 10 as highest, how tasty is it? HAHAHAHAHAHA i wanna try but at the same time i'm afraid LMAO
Nor there whipped cream is oily enough now there giving us straight oil💀💀
It's actually pretty common to put olive oil in coffee in Italy, lol. Literally has been a thing for thousands of years.
At the end you read my mind
Thank you very much! Your review has saved my stomach and its story of acid reflux from the doom!
in my culture we put milk and olive oil to help poop
Yup that’s what I thought would happen 😂
Adding oil and salt to our coffee now? Interesting
OK if I ever I’m constipated, I’m gonna make this😂
It is not so bad it is good to drink on the morning i think it helps to digest or something 🤔
1 ,she gave it fr herslf because of her hard work
It’s turning my olive oil green
I never knew.
This reminds me of that Starbucks employee who got fired and took pics of all the recipes and posted it on the internet. 😂
"Honestly, i give it ONE HOUR LATER"
They actually add more ingredients & use a blender w/ a measuring cup. So I don’t think it would be the same if the procedures are correct hehe
The ice just said what Starbucks is all abt 💀
my horrified face when u added salt
it made my friend shit too 😭😭
I have you try black pepper yet
In my country we add clarified butter on a black coffee, and coffee originated here
my 8th grade physics teacher added olive oil to basically everything, including his coffee, for dietary reasons, hope hes out there somewhere, happy about this lol
😂😂 I hope you're OK now!
If I have to add salt to my coffee, somethings wrong
Now they should add soy sauce , and more seasonings on the drink
A good laxative
What next starbux why not used engine oil next ?
That oat milk, coffee, and olive oil are all laxities
I mean.. it cleans ya out
U mean lets give it an giggeli gig
Olive oils actually really healthy for you so I can see why the reviews would be mixed I should probably try it though
If someone put oil in my coffee they'll be eating my slide!
