Or use a long knife (preferably a 10 inch chef knife) to quarter it then use a boning knife or fillet knife to cube it?

That knife should be top level you wouldnt be able to do either of those two cutting hacks without using the knife to cut it into wedges 😂 the carving knife was pretty cool though floss would be easier to just use a knife.
