Romania decided to send Ovi and Paula Seling to Europe's favourite TV-show this year. With the song Playing With Fire, they reached the top three in the Final.
Who are they?
Paula Seling has released twelve albums, including three Christmas albums and a compilation. In 2005, Paula launched her own recording studio and record label, called Unicorn Records, along with her husband. She sang in duets with e.g. Al Bano, Anita Doth (from 2 Unlimited), Tony Hawks and she served as opening act for Joan Baez, Ricky Martin, Michael Bolton and Beyonce.
Ovi is a Romanian/Norwegian singer and composer, born in the north of Romania, in a town named Botosani. Despite his 34 years Ovi is entering the most important part of his musical life only now! Early 2009 he released his first solo album This Gig Almost Got Me Killed, a solid result of hard work with help and influence from experienced professionals from the music business. - Розваги

Sadly Eurovision winners do not always win because they are sing well but because they come from a certain countyr. It would be really awsome if they wouldn't reveal the countries till the voting is done :D.

Everyone appraising Paula but I think Ovi is a spectacular vocalist as well. As a male singer, I can say that singing in that range constantly and even belting higher notes is not an easy feat.
I must admit that Playing with fire is much more better than Miracle!!!!

I live in the US but i like watching this Eurovision contest, its pretty cool. So far i watched alot of country's songs and Romania is my favorite. How the hell didn't they won in 2006 with Tornero? I was like okaay but they gotta win. How the hell didn't they won in 2010 with this INCREDIBLE song? Same with Miracle (2014). People really need to go to the doctor and get some head pills. Norway, Greece and France are cool too. Anyways, greetings all from the US!

2010 had the largest number of great compositions, in my opinion. This masterpiece is one of the songs I keep on coming back to throughout years. Paula and Ovi took us with storm thanks to their stunning performance that year!

yo tampoco lo entiendo, han llevado varias canciones super potentes y como máximo han conseguido un 3 puesto con Luminita Anghel y Sistem. La de Tornero de Mihai Traistariu es otra enorme canción y nada tampoco.
Supongo que ser rumano es jugar con desventaja...
