- Apollodorus' Estate was an estate belonging to Apollodorus, the most trusted advisor of the pharaoh Cleopatra. Located in the Kanopos Nome, Egypt, the estate had a large number of citizens employed, including farmers, a Master of Arms, and a blacksmith. It also became the first makeshift base of operations of the Hidden Ones.

This is amazing! I appreciate the work you put in to record and upload this. I am a huge fan of the discovery mode, but your quality is on another level and I really like the first person view, not sure how you achieve it.
In any case, please uploade more of these if you can, I watch all of them!
Thanks!
You do realize these are scenes from a major studio-developed game, right? Assassin's Creed Origins. The poster had nothing to do with the graphics, visuals, or quality. They just shared scenes from the game.
This is hellenistic Egypt
Each time I watch your videos I find some more beautiful details. I am really impressed by your efforts and patience you put to create such a wonderful experience for your subscribers ! I love the fact that you show all details by "walking" slowly. I don't know how you do that, but I love watching this mistery! Stunning visuals, excellent job ! Thank you very much. 🤗🥰
Beautiful estate at 19:11 with so many details and great colors 😍 i feel sorry for the slaves tho 😞 thank you for the tour ❤️

imagine him traveling the ancient Egyptian countryside with a gopro
Moses
The entire estate looks like a village
"By tomorrow, you will bring me Pompey's murderer."
"But...he was your enemy."
"HE WAS A CONSUL OF ROME!"
Looks like some parts of India today.
Very realistic. It's interesting that the Apollodorus' Estate looks more Macedonian than Egyptian, no doubt due to Alexander's legacy.
It's a Greek estate in northern Egypt. The name "Apollodorus" is Greek. This video represents the late Ptolemaic/early Roman era.
@@richardreinertson1335 Cleopatra was of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt and so a member of the Ptolemaic dynasty and descendant of its founder 'Ptolemy I Soter' who was a Macedonian Greek general and companion of Alexander the Great. So more of a Macedonian estate than Greek even though Apollodorus is a Greek name.
@@andrewjenery1783 I'm well aware of Cleopatra VII's bloodline. The only reason I commented was that your original comment appeared to express surprise that the Apollodorus estate seems more Macedonian than Egyptian. It also appears more Greek than Egyptian, probably owing to the fact that Greek and Macedonian cultures were practically identical and often intertwined.
@@richardreinertson1335 Yes, I see what you mean. I was trying to convey a sense of irony more than surprise; that the estate is in Egypt but looks Macedonian/Greek.
@@andrewjenery1783 Ah, I see. Yeah, irony and sarcasm don't translate well in written comments. But yeah, it's very interesting to find a Macedonian/Greek-style estate in Egypt. I once toured the ruins of a Roman villa in the English countryside. It kind of boggles the mind how Greek-style and Roman-style culture spread across such vast regions of the world. At the same time, it's also fulfilling to find these proofs of the extent of cultural influences. Nice talking to someone who shares my fascination with ancient Mediterranean civilization. Take care, Andrew.
I loved this game, but it always fubar'd my machine every time I shut my game down...
Had to uninstall before 100% completion....
