@@onestep Again....loving the game. This game will age very well....I hope it keeps getting positive feedback & maybe "Street Fighter 7" will continue this way that made it a success. A slight input from me. It is highly advised for newcomers to pick Ranked instead of Casual. This is because Ranked has SBMM based on your character rank and will always try to match you with people closest to your level. Meanwhile, Casual mostly matches you with whoever is available on the queue, so a Rookie or Silver rank player can be matched with a Master or Legend rank player, which can be a pretty discouraging experience for newcomers. Even Capcom suggests newcomers to pick Ranked instead of Casual in their official website.
That not true. Casual matches will only match your with players within your skill level, this is judge by what rank players your win or lose to. A silver player will never match with a master player unless they are super good and using a smurf account. It matches your with players in your skill level, not necessarily your rank
Thank you, One Step! I was contemplating on buying SF6 for the last year. The year one character pass didn't do it for, nor did the year two character pass increase my interest. ( especially because Sagat is still not on the roster ) This post has convinced me to purchase the game. Your opinion is appreciated.
I leave when tekken8;was out , came back when Akuma released . I think I prefer Street Fighter than Tekken , even if graphics are more superior in Tekken , the fights are , for me , much better in SF
@@patrickgirard8698 Yea I loved tekken 7 have like 4k hours total. Tekken 8...wasnt feeling it at all quit after putting like 40 hours into it. I hated sf5 so much but I'm debating getting sf6.
@@onestep so i checked the details, apparently the ultimate edition is not that ultimate, because the character pass is year 1 only. the year 2 character pass is not on ultimate edition (sold separately). maybe they will include it on ultimate when year 3 character pass is released?
The modern Controls are great for when i have a friend over that isn't familiar with the Game. They can get up and running pretty fast using that. I started out using Modern and once i found a Character i liked i started learning the actual inputs. Of course since they don't drastically change the way the Character works ( like in MK) i already know the Main ones that have been around forever.
This game needs more skins for your favorite characters and not focused on your avatar all the time it needs to have a 2v2 or 3v3 rank mode so you can play with your friends and people outside your friends that would be amazing
I wanna get in SF6 soooo bad but i kinda get intimidated bcs i refuse to use modern controls, like i don’t even do that in Tekken 8 so i can’t do it here but besides that the inputs need one or those special controllers that are huge cause with a normal PS5 controller is kinda hard. Idk man maybe it’s the also the fact that i play Tekken and MK at the same time and adding SF6 as well it’s gonna get messy remembering all of them combos that i have pulled off so far.Overall though the game looks amazing
Well idk what u on cause the 3D graphics look great in any fighting game almost and their probably not going back to 2D graphics any time soon in the future cause 2D is like pretty old now so tbh I think your just blinded by nostalgia 🤷🏽
@@onestep just feel like it's lacking heavily especially when they added so much in five but I've been playing recently and I guess it makes it easier to find a main but I still think it's pretty terrible considering how well tuned the dlc characters are maybe not Eddie but Akuma and bison definitely
@onestep okay after further playtime I don't think I could handle a big roster I mean overtime yes because of experiencing the roster as the characters come out but they're are still plenty of characters I have yet to face despite the roster being so small
@@charlesdowney2834 you are not wrong it’s not the best roster and actually the worst SF roster I’ve seen through any SF game before a season 3 but there is still hope

Definitely would love for Capcom to implement individual clothing pieces to advance customization for the roster!

Wdym Sf6 graphics is actually pretty close 😭
With Mai and Terry coming to SF6, I already know my answer whether to buy SF6 or not.
i just bought the game after watching Mai trailer. Last SF I played was 10 years ago.
It’s onto 29.99 rn on ps store so it feels like a no brainer…
is it worth it to buy ultimate, or just deluxe is enough?
If you want it all I’d get the ultimate

I was not disappointed when I got it. How I wish MK1 had this training mode.
Totally agree 🔥
Mk1 is waaaaay better… sf6 is disappointing

No focus attacks or dash canceling out of focus attacks ruined 5 and 6 , how can they not put in one of the best fighting game mechanics is ridiculous

I'm just wanting Kolin back.
Should I get street fighter 6 or kof15? I just love fighting games. I have tekken 8 already
I’d get SF6
Mortal kombat the new one is great
Personally I'd like to see SF return to 2D graphics as the 3D aesthetic is looking real stale.
